I just received your letter that contain costumer complaint name *** *** *** His WRX Subaru gotaccident at rear bumperThere are some dent on plastic bumper and paint pill off and scratches at right side ofbumper.I told the customer that I have not able to find the right match of paint
to repaint scratchesHe get the paint byhimself and told me to apply to his damage bumperHe only says to repair and paint scratches and that's theonly contract we have on himHe only paid $which includes the materials we supplied as primer, thinner,paint hardener, clear coat and tapes and paperOur labor comes to be approximately $150.00.He complains for the color of paint he supply to us. It means his is responsible for color match. Before he pay hedid a thorough inspectionHe came to me at the counter after inspection and pay the bills of $and left.The next day he calls for so much complain.If our work is not satisfactorily done, he should not pay the bills and leftOther complain such as dent on plasticis not covered on our repairHe knows that and he told us before the paint repair we didThe cost of such repairof bumper after accident here in Anchorage cost around $to do all repairs perfectlyThe cost he pays isonly to apply his color match paint to the scratches of paint at bumper and not to repair his whole bumper afteraccident.I hope this explanation be sufficient for all of us and to Mr*** to understand what he is trying to proveWedid lots of paint work to dealers such as *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** and nocomplain was told us.Respectfully Yours,

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: He is saying the truth, they looked at my car, we agreed in rhe price  and rhey should do what it needs to be done to the car.So they callled me that my car was ready I went there supposedly topickup my car but I was not happy with the work they did and they accepted that they will address the issue. So I left my car in their shop again. The next day they called me back again I was told it is ready so I took the car and once I get in the house that when I noticed the bump/bulge and noticeable dark pigments on the rear bumper that they did a repair which it was not there  when I left the car for the first time before any repair was done. So I call them right away and they told me I can bring the car in so they can look at it and this was a weekend. So I took back my car and I talk to his son and told me that he was going to talk to his dad the manager that they just going to return my money I paid them and take my car somewhere else. His son told to cone back again tomorrow so thats what I did and thats when he told me (the manager) that their work is done and if I insisting to have them fix the damage again I will have to pay them again, that same they his son even told him( the manager) that bump may have been done when they remove the bumper.Sincerely,[redacted]
