New owner of storage facility ("New Hope" - now "Eastside") is not conducting business in Good Faith On June 3, I received a letter (and blank contract) saying that he had acquired the facility and planned to increase rate(s) and to install fencing and security gateI sent him a letter of congratulations and told him I had already pre-paid rent to April I did not return the contract He stalled refund of pre-paid rent (paid April 7, to 2017) and finally returned only part, keeping almost $as rent beyond time the unit was vacated in June!
