I am rejecting this response because: First, this is the first time we preform crowns on these teeth not the second time as he indicatedSecond, before I started the procedure informed the patient that his insurance might cover 50% after we submit the requestHe asked if there is any way to start the job directly and my answer was that I would start the treatment if he pays his part but incase his insurance does not cover the 50% he should be responsable for the full amount of 1200$ and he agreedAfter we got the response from the insurance which indicated that he is not covered due to exceeding his age limit for this procedureThe front desk contacted the patient and informed him that his insurance did not cover his 50% and he is responsable to pay the rest of the money which is $ since he paid 300$ at the time of procedurepatient said he can not afford to pay the money So I gave a discount of 400$ to bring the amount he is responsable for to 500$patient agreed and scheduled an appointmentAt the time of appointment and after the treatment is done the patient denied that the front desk told him he's responsable for 500$ and insisted that we told him 200$ which would be impossible since this cost would not cover the lab Work for the treatment and the front desk worker is a witness that she told him 500$We are a well respected dental office that been in business since and we would never try to rob our clientsI tried to help my patient by giving him 400$ discount which accounts for 30% off and he still not satisfiedThat is the maximum help can offer or otherwise I would be paying out of my pocket to finish his treatment.SincerelyDrTalal N

2/14/17 Patient came in complaining from Broken Teeth in the upper left side. Medical history review NSF. After X-ray reading and clinical exam teeth #** -** are broken and need two crowns to protect them. The patient's insurance plan covers 50% on major work after we sent a
request which would take up to three weeks to receive an answer. Patient asked me if I can start the work now. I said I would start now if he pays his 50% which account for 600$ if the insurance approves and if they don't approve the patient should be responsible for the whole amount 1200$. Patient agreed and the preparation was preformed and the Impression was take to be sent to the lab to fabricate. The crowns patient paid 300$ and said he would pay the remaining balance on delivery. On March 8th our office received the answer from the insurance which they wouldn't cover the 50% since the patient The program's age limit for procedure. Our office contacted the patient to inform him that he is responsible for the full amount (1200$). Patient said he can't afford the whole cost and I offered him 400$ discount and he would be responsible for 500$ since he already paid 300$.TN4/5/17Patient came in to cement the crowns after the work was done patient said the we informed him that he's responsible for 200$ only. I explained to the patient that total charge is 1200$ and I game him a 400$ discount to bring it to 800$ and he should pay the balance of 500$ since the job is done and someone has to be for the work that has been done. Patient wasn't satisfied and paid his 500$ and left. T.N

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I am not satisfied with the response they gave, he clearly is avoiding the truth. The truth of the matter is that I was trying to cancel the whole procedure when they told me that the insurance wouldn't cover the other portion. They proceeded to haggle me until we came to a verbal agreement that I would bring  $200 the day of the procedure. If I would have known he would boldly lie to my face I would have asked for it in writing. Anyway this whole thing could have been avoided if he would have done it right the first time. This is the second time he is doing the same procedure on the same 2 teeth. I would like for the Revdex.com to request my dental records for proof. I am being overcharged and it's all due to a malpractice situation. Can you let me know your reach and how deep you guys can go so I know if I need to acquire a lawyer to get the proper reparations. I just want what's right and not to let lieing cheats get away with robbing people. And fyi this second set is worse than the first set. It is really uncomfortable and my mouth is un aligned and awkward feeling. Please help me or point me in the right direction.
