Review: I went to this doctor for 3 appointments. Each time that I called for an appointment I asked if my insurance covered my visits. The response from them was that my insurance covered my visits and there was no charge. So being that they said this I assumed that my insurance covered the charges of the visits and I would not be charged anything, Then I received a statement and I called them to find out why and I was told they gave me an out of network doctor. They did not let me know that they gave me an out of network doctor which is more on my insurance. They gave me false information saying that I was covered with my insurance each time I checked with them and also gave me an out of network doctor without my asckowledgement and no choice to decide if thats what I wanted knowing that its not in my insurance. They also made it as if I would not have any billing because they said I was covered.Desired Settlement: I would like the billing to be adjusted to zero.
