I was surprised to receive your letter on Thursday, May 28th, dated the previousweek regarding Mrs*** complaint about her experience in our practiceIhave not received a letter from Revdex.com or other organization in my years ofpracticeOur goal is to provide the finest oral and maxillofacial
surgery care withcomfort, compassion, integrity and respect.After reviewing the letter and learning more about the insurance plan Mrs***has for her daughter there has been much confusion and learning for meWe doparticipate in *** Insurance including over different plansAt the timeMiss *** was seen we did not know she had a plan for which we are not apreferred providerWe did later learn that her plan is for pediatric dental care andthat we are not a preferred provider for this plan.I spoke with Mrs*** and apologized for the unpleasant experience she had inour officeShe said that her experience with our staff and me was pleasantOnlythe business aspect was unpleasantThat is not the experience we want anyone tohaveI told what I had learned from our insurance agent and his attorneyI toldher we would write-off her account balance and I wished her daughter success withher surgical treatment.Please call or reply if you have any further questions.Best regards,
