Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
first of all, I do not cuss or swear. there is difference between anger and confrontation. [redacted] been confronted many times about his lack of accountability to show in time or not showing at all same with his employees. He got paid faithfully according to our contract. Our contract is in my position . The contract agreement is to do all the work he mentioned for $11,000 and never been divided to $6500 and $4500 . He got the percentage faithfully along the way and the balance was left to finish the trim work was $4500. When the trim work was done with installation I called him back as he promised to finish the work, he claimed he doesn't have enough employees to finish and he told me that I have enough money left to find someone else to finish the job. He texted me several times and still have his texts claiming he is not in the painting business anymore and he is in California until September and later he said he is in California and not coming back again. [redacted] is not honest, not accountable and I do not trust what he does. Sincerely,[redacted]

provided to [redacted];however, [redacted] refused to sign it, saying "Later we will sign it". I started the work nonetheless. The work was supposed to include all the interior house painting (all walls and ceilings), drywallrepairs, as well as trims, windows sills and doors painting. The whole interior with drywallrepairs was priced at 6500$, while the doors, windows and trims (the remaining work) waspriced by me at 4500$. I spent about three weeks at his house painting the interior and fixingthe drywall, but on May 22, 2015 I quit the project due to the treatment I and my workers werereceiving from [redacted]. He treated us in a very inappropriate and unprofessional manner, yelling, swearing and threatening not to pay at all if he doesn't like a smallest thing, he had anangry attitude towards me the whole time. As I quit work on May 22, 2015, I told [redacted] that Iwill not be continuing the trims, doors, windows, and sills, and suggested him to hire someoneelse. [redacted]'s answer was "Fine", he was Ok with me leaving the project. Thus, I did not take theremaining 4500$ for that last part of work, and I did not "run away'' with his money as he isclaiming. All the payment I took from [redacted] was for the entire house interior painting anddrywall repairs, which is quite fair.Even after I quit the project and suggested [redacted] finding another professional to finish theremaining work (which he said he was OK with}, l received threatening voice messages on myphone, where Mr. [redacted] again was swearing and threatening me with lawsuits etc. if I don'tshow up at his location within a day "even if I am in [redacted]" (his quote).I have never had clients with such anger issues, and I quit as soon as I was done with the majorpart of the work for which I got paid. Neither I nor my workers could not handle Mr. [redacted]'sattitude any longer. This was an extremely difficult atmosphere to work in. I would have lovedto do business with Mr. [redacted] if it was not for his manner of doing business.Sincerely,
