In May of 2016 we cleaned Mr. [redacted] battery terminals at no charge. At that time the battery was still in good condition. In Feb of 2017 he stated that he left his lights on and he could not start the vehicle. [redacted] battery was out of warranty as of Nov.2016. We called Lexus and got Lexus to...

agree to replace the battery but Mr. [redacted] had contacted Lexus corporation already and they told him to buy a battery and  have Coliseum Lexus inspect and make sure that Mr. [redacted] had purchased the right battery for the vehicle and that they would reimburse him. Coliseum Lexus gave him the documentation he needed for Lexus Corporation to reimburse him and that was our last contact with Mr[redacted].

I spoke with [redacted] on 9-14-2015. I explained that her credit was run in error and that Coliseum Lexus would have the inquiry removed. I als contacted our Credit Reporting vendor and they are in the process of deleting the inquiry.Sincerely [redacted]General Manager

The client was contacted on July 12th 2017 by the Service Director [redacted]. Ultimately we agreed to repair her dash board. The technician had indicated that the damage was there prior to him starting the work. She is coming in on July 31st to have the work done. If you have any other questions...
