We did make a delivery to this customer. The legs were missing. We are only the delivery company and have no responsibility for missing partswhich we were not aware of until delivery was made. I contacted the company that hires me to do their deliveries. They said if the
customer called me to let her know she should call her place of purchase and they were doing the same in her behalfWhen the customer called me today, I tried to get her information so I could help her, she was very vulgar on the phone. Using profanities that I did not feel I should listen to. I ended the call. When she called me back I told her I ended the call because I would not have her using vulgar language to me. I explained that she needed to call her place of purchase. I then realized she was recording our conversation. I asked her if I was being recorded and she said yes. I then told her she did not have my permission nor did she let me know that she was recording. I told her that to record me without my knowledge or permission was against the law and ended the call once again.I am sure you can listen to both conversations, since she recorded them and see that she was unreasonable and vulgar

The delivery team has no responsibility as to what is received. We are the delivery company only. We did tell her that we would contact the company we do business with to have them order the missing legs for herThe company told me to advise the customer to call her place of purchaseI have no idea what her phone number is and did not ignore her calls. I receive numerous calls a day and it would be impossible to know what her number is. I have a business to run and answer every call. I would be more apt to ignore private calls because of telemarketers, (which I do not ignore as it may be a customer) I DID NOT ASK HER IF SHE WAS CALLING FROM A PRIVATE NUMBER. I heard clicking every time she or I spoke and asked if I was on a recorded line which she admitted to. Her use of profanity was alarming and unacceptable. She needs to call her place of purchase so they can resolve this problem for her. It is not my responsibility. She accepted delivery of the couch knowing the legs were missing
