Received a call from the business (Scott) stating that although he was not with the business at the time of incident Once they verified insurance, the consumer had Guardian HMO, not Guardian PPO Which did not cover the services provided He spoke with the consumer and advised him that they could work out some type of payment plan and the consumer agreed Then the consumer called back and stated that he contacted his attorney and will not be paying the bill due to he felt that it was the business's fault Scott stated that it is a shared responsibility, but as a good faith gesture will reduce the bill 50% for the consumer
The provider approved my insurance then months later found out that my insurance was not a part of their NetworkSo now they expect me to pay the full amount of the Bill plus late feesI would have denied treatment if they told me in advance
