On 8/15/my husband *** *** contacted Easy Pool Care LLC about a product used one time in our pool 6-Formula All in one Clorox granules product UPC code XXXXXCLXThis product was only used one time in my pool I have had a pool for over 20yrs so I know how to up keep a poolThe product was purchased in Lowes Augusta , Ga Upon following the directions I put directly in skimmer scoops waited minutes seen granules coming out of the returns into the bottom of pool once they settled to the bottom brushed them around and noticed they did not dissolve so I waited a little while went back still have not dissolved brushed them around more then it started raining and I could not go back out till the next day and noticed I had spots on my pool linerSo to check the granules I took a gallon bucket ans put scoops and left it for 3-days it never dissolved!
