remove all numbers from all of your locationsThis can be done as soon as you provide us with the numbersI will assure once that is done you will receive no more calls from our third party marketing companyI will also address the marketing tactics used as wellWe do not do any in house marketing but do take responsibility for the companies we useI look forward to taking care of this request in an expedient manner and apologize for the inconvenienceAs a side note our dialing system does take the dialed number out by pressing on the key pad however with so many locations and numbers this would not be a reasonable way to be taken off the list the list

Review: A loan was provided by Easy Access Capital. The requested loan amount was $2000.00 . The Advance amount was $4000.00 with a daily payment amount of $96.67. The loan was funded into my business account, by [redacted],. I advised the salesman,at Easy Access Capital, [redacted] that I only wanted $2000.00, Easy Access Capital then took $2000.00 out of another of my accounts, so I have only received $2000.00. I contacted [redacted] to get my balance , and they told me that I owe $4000.00 plus interest. They also advised me that Easy Access Capital needs to return $2000.00 to them, so that they may adjust the loan amount and payments. I had been making payments consistently and feel that I have already overpaid on this loan.

Easy Assess Capital refuses to give me information to talk to their accounting department, they have not told me when or if they are refunding this money. They have been uncooperative and difficult to deal with. The salesman has been promising that money will be returned and this has not been done. I have asked to speak to other people in the company, and I have been denied. I am very disappointed in the service provided and the communication. I am worried that Easy Access Capital has these monies that need to be returned to [redacted], so that they can adjust my loan amount. I am concerned that this is unethical.Desired Settlement: I would like the loan adjusted, the money that Easy Access Capital debited out of my account needs to be returned. I feel that I have overpaid on this loan,I would like the additional money I've paid to be refunded to me.

Review: We have asked repeatedly to have this company remove all 137 of our call center and agent phone numbers from their calling list. They continue calling on with automatic dialers, disrupting everything, and will call sometimes each number 4-5 times per day. They mask the calling from number in their computer so the caller ID does not really list their real number, and when dialing that number that appears on the caller ID back, it is a non-existant number. We have sent these numbers to their head offices by mail, and also by email to the various eamail address given us (most will be mail delivery return as a non existant email address)Desired Settlement: Every phone number listed be removed from their calling list and automatic dialers and all ALIAS companies and agents they work under be notified to NEVER call any of these numbers again offering their services.
