In a nutshell, the services Easy Agent PRO (“EAP”) provides to its realtor clients are website creation and, subsequently, website management EAP is not a one-time, one-and-done website building service where a website is built and then completely turned over to the customer.
Rather, the ongoing management services EAP provides allows it to teach its clients how to use their website's “apps” to generate, followup with, and engage real estate leads betterThe apps include: Squeeze - EAP’s landing page tool; Cookies - EAP's website tracking tool that lets agents see what pages their leads visited; Texty - EAP's tool that lets agents send an instant text to all new leads; and others It is the $159/month fee that covers the cost of these apps as well as unlimited access to a dedicated, USA-based support manager Because EAP wants its clients to focus on learning and engaging in lead-generation activities, it does not give them full administrative access to the “back-end” of their website Instead, EAP manages that burden for them EAP has found that its customers prefer this approach because it allows them to focus on what’s really important - generating leads and selling houses - not font size and pixel density Indeed, when EAP did allow its clients full administrative access to their sites, it did more harm than good with clients making fundamental changes to their websites’ code, often to disastrous effect We believe that Mr*** was looking for a one-time website building service (see attached customer support chat transcript), and EAP apologizes that it could not perform that service for himHowever, as explained above, a one-time service is simply not EAP’s business model, nor is it a model that would be appropriate for the average EAP customer With respect to Mr***’s “bug” complaint, as the attached chat transcript shows Mr*** contacted his website support manager regarding an issue with his testimonials page on a Friday and then, without giving EAP the opportunity to remedy the issue, cancelled his subscription the following Monday In addition to the customer support chat transcript, please also find attached: a receipt confirming a refund of one month’s subscription fee (i.e$159.00) in recognition of the fact that the scope of EAP’s services did not match Mr***’s expectations, as well as a customer testimonial from our Facebook Group “*** ***” regarding the exceptional manner in which EAP addresses bugs, while simultaneously working to provide our customers with an ever-improving product

Easy agent Pro provides positive testimonials for itself but when it comes to actual work-done senario , they are a big let down .When I first talked to their sales agent , I was given a very rosy picture of my website funtioning smoothly and that they have the best people for the job and that I would be able to generate business in a huge way .A big dissapointment all that . The website had several issues from day one .And I immediately informed them of the same .The testimonials page - which in my business is critical , never showed the clients pictures After repeated attempts , they finally admitted that the page had major bugs and that it needs to be re-done .All this while , I was paying US $ a month , hoping against hope that they will be able to fix this issue My clients were complaining that the testimonials page is not reassuring enough and that they are moving to other options ! ( lost business )How de moralising is that , when you encourage a potential customer to visit your web page and they come back with such response .Moreover , never did that sales person whom I talked to , did say once that their website is only a platform which they will create for me and then going forward , it will be upto me to start learning about web designing and such so that one day ( hopefully ) my website will be able to generate business .Which realtor has the time to do hours of web designing tutorials and even then come up with less then average results No realtor worth his salt can ever sacrifice potential business hours ( avoiding customers ) to sit and learn something for which he has already paid a vendor , to do .The amount ( last month payment ) that they have refunded is not because they feel that they have under-performed and must compensate , but because they charged my card after I cancelled my subscription and they realised that they had in-correctly misused the credit card pre-payment authorisation , ( which again is considered a very serious illegal activity in the US ) .I once again encourage Easy Agent Pro to refund my total amount of US $ ( setup fee ) and months payment ( US $ ) , due to non-performance of advertised business and misleading promises resulting in a sub-standard product delivered to me .regards***REALTOR*** *** *** ***
