Matthew was helpful, understanding and very professional in dealing with me. He explained that the Jenn Air/whirlpool factory is on back order for my necessary part!
He searched and checked it out for me, after I explained my dilemma with my appliance repair shop and waiting for this oven gasket for 6 plus weeks already!

HelloThat is our procedureWhat happens if you put in a model number that does have an exact match it brings up matches that are similar and asks "Is his what your looking for?" We are not stating that these parts will fit your model When customer order in correct parts we do not cover return shipping and we do not return the original shipping paid either as we have shipped you out the item you requestedIf we had placed the order for you we would be covering everything in fullThis is our basic procedure that was followed and will be followed in the futureBeing sad as a ONE time customer service gesture we have refunded the orderAny further business will have the same policy as outlined above.Best Regards

I ordered a part from them. The part arrived very fast but it did not fit my machine. I was told there was no return on a used electrical part. When I explained it wasn’t used, I was told I could return it but if they decided it had been used they would keep it. In other words there is no doubt they would decide it was “used” then keep it to resell.

Website. Can you please tell me if this is normal and if it should be corrected? When I search our website, Easy Appliance Parts, on Revdex.com the results show that one is for Ohio and the other is for Truro, Nova Scotia, Canada.
