Let me try and keep you on track with relevant factual stats. You lied to everyone involved on several occasion stating the car was financed well after you stopped the entire procedure. You then said it was an in-house finance to finally nothing was financed and we took the car back to you as stated. There is no damage to the car that wasn't expressed when we bought the car. This was even verbally stated by Morgan that he remembers something was said about the dent on the hood. even though it was nearly impossible to see is irregardless. moving on the the multiple phone calls and statements from all of y'all that our money was imminent and will be paid, and even going further to say when the car sells, down to were not getting a dime. The car was immediately back on the lot for sale the next day as if nothing happened except that you hi-jacked a $2500.00 down payment to the car from us. Your going to have to do better Mujab on your stance of relevant facts and try to forget your irrelevant statements. I see all over BBB how you have done big financial wrongs to innocent people. Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Upon signing my agreement I was told I was in-house financed on a buy here pay here bases I was never informed about a third party finance loan My credit was never ran to be approved with equitable finance My job and all of my information was never verified correctly I also made the last of my down payment at your dealership office! How can you legally finance me through a loan company without my knowledge or consent? Also not correctly body anything or no hard pulls from equitable finance on my credit to approve me for a loan You were not honest than during my purchase of my vehicle and this is not resolved! we agreed to fix the truck the problem it had we took car of it, that was the agreement not to buy the truck back l, you were aware of the problem on the truck we did t hide nothing,

Wow we do have a Spanish speaking salesman and the guy who bought the car does speak English perfectly fine, understood everything about the deal, bought the car AS-IS., his father came in couple days later says check engine light is on, we told him will take car of it at no charge, he was OK
with that, than the following week his sister came in and all she wanted was to return the car and threaten us if we don't return the money she is going to call her attorney file a claim with Revdex.com and bunch of other stuff,... Our response we still have the car in our possession it has not been days since volunteer repossession, if they want to get the car back will let them take it and still fix the check engine at no coast to them. thank you *** ***

Im sorry about the issue which your vehicle but, Your husband was aware of the condition of the car that's why we reduced the price so he can fix it.you already went to IDAHO TRANSDept,Had your lawyer send as a same request and now Revdex.comIf you want the car to fix cheaper I can recommend some

We have corrected the address where the vehicle was secured from with all parties involvedThis was done as soon as it was brought to our attention. We had apologized to *** when she had called into our company

I am responding to the complaint that we received from *** *** not being able to pick up her vehicle on 10/28/16. The day she filed the complaint we did not have release. I have attached a copy of tasks showing that the release was accepted on 10/- which the
debtor came the same day and got her vehicle back(comaker picked up vehicle) - Our policy is that we do not schedule any appointments without the release in hand

Problem: The night American Recovery sent a tow truck to my house to
pick up a Nissan Versa, the driver knocked on my door and made contact with meMy husband and I told the driver the vehicle was not in our possession and gave him the address of the person who best knew where the vehicle was available for pick upIt is illegal in PA to make contact with a person when a vehicle is being repossessedThis is per American RecoveryI want to know what American Recovery will do since their driver performed an illegal actThe driver had the address of the person who was able to provide the information on where the car wasThis information was given to the bank long before the driver showed up at my homeThe driver even confirmed the address of where the car could be picked up.Desired Outcome: I would like the photo album of the baby pictures at no cost to me sent to my address since the American Recovery driver performed an illegal act as in making contact with me and my husband the night he showed up at my home

She purchased the car with $1500.00 down payment and rest financing,
customer bought the car as-is, week or two after she purchased the car, she came over complaining about tranny issue, we took the car to Aamco Transmission, they are specialist on this field, tranny was fine only cv-axcel was bad...

which we replaced and didn't charge the customer anything, she brought the car back on Monday complainng about same issue ( which I belive she got tired of the car and dont want the car anymore ), we test drove the car and we couldnt fine atransmission problem 
She is welcome to come and get the car back she signed a contract she is still liable for the rest of balance.

We charged her she gave us authorization on 6/22 to run the card on July 2, which we did, customer called in wanted the refund we refund her the money right a way, if customer not happy with the car please bring it back. [redacted] and [redacted] you need to stay on time making...

your car payments since you bought the car on June 2014 you never made your payment on time or full payment if you cant afford the car you need to bring it back.

the car was returned as volunteer repossession.,not just at easy auto sales but everywhere else you buy a car and you call to bring it back its a return or volunteer repoyou and your husband bought the car on 08/24/16, few weeks later you called and said to come and get the car back you could't...

afford it your husband was arrested, all the other personal stuff you had going on at that time, and your husband damaged not just our car you returned but also yours and broke out your windows at your house you already had a car financed on your name you didn't need 2nd car
