insincere and didn't express concern with making this mistake. That is definitely not the way we usually handle things and I will be reviewing the calls and addressing that on my end!As for the order, we did set up a Fed Ex call tag to pick up the canvases however the customer that received them had already thrown them away. The customer no longer has them so no one will be using your canvases. I apologize that we couldn't get them back, but we will definitely make improvements so that this mistake doesn't happen again in the future. Thank you [redacted]

reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I received my print last week, but would like to note even after receiving it, I continued to get emails from them advising the print would be days late.  More over, you can see from the business response, their method of tracking customers specific orders appears to be either non existent or sorely inadequate.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution to be the only option I have.  I cannot prove if the person who received my artwork by mistake truly thrown them away, or kept them to him/herself and lie to Easy Canvas.  It is very disheartening not to retrieve my artwork back even if they were not in a good condition because many people are not always that honest.  I will definitely be very hesitated to do business with Easy Canvas moving forward.Regards, [redacted]

I have looked over the order and a refund in full was submitted and approved on 12/28/16.Please give this customer our apologies and if he has not received the refund, I would have him contact his financial institution as the refund ($151.66) should have shown in his account already.
