Dear [redacted] ***, This response is regarding Revdex.com complaint ID [redacted] and a broken/malfunctioning laptop screenLike the consumer stated, after reviewing surveillance we took full responsibility for the accident and initially offered to try and fix before replacing itThere was a few days delay however; as we were waiting to hear back from the technician to verify the repair was even possibleWe informed [redacted] it could and would be done on Friday 08/08/We paid for the replacement of the screen and [redacted] took his laptop home the following Monday, on 8/11/2014, and indicated he was satisfied with the repair We understand the customer’s frustration because we initially did not know if it could be repaired or not and take any customer service issue seriously Thankfully, the screen replacement was successful and our customer left happy _______________________________________________________ All the best, [redacted] ***
