I recently stayed at one of the locations this past June. I was completely excited about our trip until we arrived! When we arrived at the property, the door was ajar and I noticed someone's belongings in the entry-way. I found the housekeeper was still cleaning the property! We arrived well after our check-in time and the property was no where near done being cleaned. I called to speak with customer service. The agent sent over who I thought would be the property manager. The young lady arrived and said they had a late check-out from the previous renters and the only thing she could offer was adding a few additional cleaners. We had driven over 16 hrs and was eager to rest and allow the kids to enjoy the pool. We noticed the pool was dirty, dishes piled in the sink, the floors were left dirty (not Vacuumed or moped) and the fridge still had food in it. She informed us that this not here area of expertise and that the property manager handles situations like that. After almost an hr the additional housekeepers arrived and was cleaning around us while we sat and watched (how unprofessional). I spoke with another gentlemen from customer service that day and he informed me to contact the property manager as soon as I can on Monday (which was the next business day). He took down my description of what happened and also told me that he had spoken with the rep. that came to the property. I contacted the property manager late afternoon on Monday (so evasive) she did not want to come to the phone! Finally after speaking with her she informed me that she could not help me until I filled out a complaint form. I informed her as well as the gentleman I has previously spoken with I COULD NOT SEND THE FORM FROM MY PHONE/TABLET! After going over the details AGAIN there was nothing that she could do. I waited several weeks to see if they would do anything to resolve the issue.........NOTHING!!! As I examined the Easychoice Website I noticed that they stated they provided a "SPEEDY CHECK-IN" (how ironic)! I would never do business with this company or management again.

Do not use this company if you are looking for a long term rental!!! My experience with this company was very frustrating while looking to rent a home. The woman who showed me the house could not answer any specific questions about the rental and referred us to call a woman named Allison in the office. We decided to go ahead with the application which they collect $100 for 2 adults. We went into the office and submitted the app and paid the money to the receptionist. Allison was not there and we never heard from her again. She never called, I had to call her numerous times to find out any information about our application. She was unavailable most of the time and we had to deal with a receptionist. We were told that applications take 48 hours to process and we did not get a answer for 7 days. No interest was given to us, no one called, no additional paperwork was requested. There was a lack of interest by everyone in the company and when I finally did get in contact with Allison she brushed me off and said that they had other applications. Please do not use this company, I feel like they just took my $100 with no interest of helping me secure the rental.
