Review: I had made an appointment for Easy Clean Carpet Care to come out and clean my carpet and he had did the bedroom first and I took the bed off the frame and set it in the living room after he got done he threw my frame down into the room and he put it backwards (it still is), while I was fixing from to get my bed aback on my husband sat on the couch and saw him use the machine hit the boxspring on the corner of the boxspring there’s plastic pieces on the corner the machine hit and made the plastic corner pushed inside the boxspring where we called the company and told the boss of what happened all he wants to do is give a discount. No I said my bed cost 700.00 he needs to fix what his worker had broke and were on SSI and SS so were don’t make much. It took as along time to get the bed on payments.Desired Settlement: We would like him to replace the boxspring and believe me there not coming back to our home.

Response:Sorry to hear that there is damage to the boxspring. The technician has stated numerous times that he did not damage the boxspring and that it was not brought to his attention when he was out there. If the husband had seen the damage as stated in the customers complaint, he should have brought it to the technicians attention, this way there would be no doubt as to how the boxspring was damaged. It is our policy that if any damage is to occur the technician is to call the office immediately and report it. This never happened. But being an honest and fair businessman I am willing to either have the boxspring fixed or replaced. The customer will have to provide 3 written estimates, the size of the boxspring and where she originally purchased the bed.[redacted]

Since the customer did not comply with my request for 3 written estimates, I am willing to send a check for $60 due to this fact and also because we are not 100 % sure that the technician did the damage. Again this incident was not reported immediately to either the technician or the office.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. "Why they only want too pay half they should pay for most of it but if all they want to do is send 60.00 over ill deal with it and ill put the other half in so I can get a new box spring."

Second time I've used Easy Clean... Today both my neighbor and I had our carpets cleaned by the same technician/truck. The technician [redacted] was professional and went beyond the call of duty in cleaning my neighbors pet stained carpets. My own carpets had normal foot traffic pattern type dirt and grime soiling (my carpets are white plush, and white berber). The results were impressive/surpassing my expectations.
