been charged for 11 months and only washed once in that time. I am more than happy to refund his 11 months which would be 219.89, however the credit card that was on file has expired and I am unable to refund that money, unless he calls me. I'm in the office Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

We also have emails letting Mr. [redacted] know there was a flash drive with pictures on it showing the previous damage and he never picked the flash drive up from the location. We initially were going to email him the pictures, however due to the pictures being large they are unable to be sent via email.
