Easy Credit Auto Sales

This is a very bad companyI have had my car for over a year and it stopped in the middle of the freewayI have spent over weeks trying to get my car fixed I have been lied to , cut off, and even hung up on! After all of this time they stated that they will take my vehicle to the Ford dealership since they are unable to fix it , Ron advised me of this and stated my car was there Monday morning being fixedI called today which is Tuesday evening and they do not have a record of my car being thereThis business should be shut down immediately! Will not give you numbers to who does their licensing or even a corporate office of General Manager!

(Easy Credit Repair Shop, [redacted]) Honestly, don't even bother. They push the fact that they have a 2 year warranty, but will sale you a car with something wrong that's not covered under the warranty. The staff AND manager Ron is extremely rude and impatient. So you don't have anyone to talk to in order to resolve your issue. There's always a lot of people waiting to get their car fixed at the shop, which is ridiculous. Talk to people that has gotten a car their and they'll tell you the exact same thing I'm saying. Im dreading going back up there just to wait another 4 hours for them to do absolutely nothing to my car and tell me they're waiting on a "quote" when it's supposed to be free of charge. It's really frustrating when you're waiting for your car to be fixed and the staff is rude so you can't ask any questions because "they don't know" or act like they don't have time to answer. So please, if you can avoid this place don't go.

I'm currently leasing to own a vehicle from Easy Credit, this is my second purchase with the company, I had unexpected car trouble(transmission) & two O2 censors along with the annoying check engine light.... I was fortunate to be able to receive a rental car while the Easy Credit service dept worked on my car & resolved the issues & at a affordable price, as listed the warranty covered the most extensive cost whitch was a big relief, thanks to one of the service managers [redacted] I was able to make payment arrangements to satisfy the balance owed in instalments as well as him going the extra mile looking further into my repair and services he was also honest enough to take off other charges that were not suppose to be billed to me I thank GOD 1st & him as well for being right by the customers
This was my most recent experience & I'm a satisfied customer & my car is A-1 driving like new 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
