Review: I ordered a small room kit for $124.50. The only instructions were on one sheet of paper. Each step referred to a code to be scanned to access a "how to" video. None of the videos were working. I was unable to complete the first inside corner without the videos. I called the company and was told that they would get the videos working. I tried several times and there were no videos. I finally attempted to intall without the videos but was unable to get the first inside corner to fit. I took the few pieces I had installed down and put them back in the original box with the unused pieces. The pieces of molding all stack together in the box. The pieces I had installed and removed were on the top of the stack. I shipped all of the product back in the original box via [redacted]. It was received on 12/2/15. I called the business on 12/15 and was told that it had been received past the 30 day return period but that he would issue a full refund anyway. Two weeks later - no refund so I called back and was told that there would be no refund because the product was damaged. He said it looked like it had been tied in a knot and shoved in the box and that they wouldn't issue a refund on product that was damaged for no good reason. I told him that it was not damaged and that it was returned in the original box. He said he would send me pictures of the damaged product. I did not damage the product other than removing the few pieces I attempted to install. They had been stuck to the ceiling and removed but were not damaged. I looked at user reviews online and there are multiple complaints from people saying that they were denied refunds or never got the refunds they were promised. This seems to be a trend with this company. I did not damage the product. I returned the product in good condition and in good faith of a refund. Most of the pieces of molding were never removed from the box. This type of fraud should not be allowed. My refund should be issued.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded the $124.95 that I paid.
