October 10, 2016Your letter was received Thursday, October 6th and investigatedAs it turned out, the case in question had been completed, then delivered (Tuesday, October 4th) by the time it reached out officeThe Patient in question (not the originator of the complaint) has since been back to our office (Friday, October 7th) for a related procedure which is due for a final delivery within the week.It is not customary for our Patients to experience such delays in completing their treatments with our officeIt was an unfortunate chain of events that took place causing our Patients to be inconveniencedMeasures were taken to correct and expedite cases onto their next steps and completion, Naturally, the Claimant in this case being the child of the Patient grew concerned for their parents' treatment and we do appreciate that However, it is HIPPA policy that information related to their case only be discussed with the Patient unless they hold Power of Attorney, I would also like to add that no Patient being disrespected by any personnel is tolerated and any occurrence of this sort of behavior is dealt with swiftly and most seriously.It is our hope that this satisfies your inquiry into the filing and will be closed without further incident.Please contact our office upon receipt of this letter and to ask any questions you may have as it relates to this letter.Our office is open for your convenience Monday through Wednesday, and Friday, 9:AM to 5:PMYou may reach us at [redacted] ,Tina W.General Manager
