I am rejecting this response because:It is disingenuous of *** ***'s response to act surprised by the subject complaintEvery employee at easyexpunctions.com was aware of my complaint including *** ***, easyexpunctions.com “CEO.” The subject complaint was submitted at the suggestion of easyexpunctions.com partner and employee, *** ***, on the very morning of the date the complaint was submitted. I hold firm on my original complaints and maintain affirmation that the issues and grievances are a matter of factIt is ambiguous as to the relationship of Mr*** individual legal practice and easyexpunctions.com, where he acts as a principal and agentThe co-mingling of funds and lack of disclosure on behalf of easyexpunctions.com and *** *** further contribute to the ambiguity of the relationship and services offeredThe prior personal relationship with Mr*** has no relevance to my grievance and complaints. I am surprised that *** *** filed this complaint about easyexpunctions.com, because easyexpunctions.com delivered on their services for Mr*** regarding the referenced transactions, like all other transactions concluded with Mr***, and his claims are false.I am the CEO of
