I paid off my loan balance June 17, 2016. They still contact me for sale purposes and refuse to close my account. Remains "Open" on my credit report.
I first obtained a loan through their services in April of 2015 at their Wallaceburg location. My loan balance was paid in full as of June 17, 2016. Despite repeated requests to close the account and to stop contacting me for sales purposes they continue to call and send me text messages. I have emailed them more than once, requesting they close my account as well as expressing this during phone calls. It will be 2 years this June and the account remains OPEN on my credit report.
My "OPEN" account be "CLOSED". Once completed I wish there to be contact from the company in the future.

We can confirm that an update is being sent to Transunion for the specific account in question. We have verbally confirmed with Transunion that the loan is reporting as closed on June 2016 but as it does not have a confirmed Narrative stating "CLOSED" this has led to the concern above. This is being addressed and should reflect as paid in full, closed and a $0 balance shortly.
Customer's account has also been removed from any marketing and soliciting opportunities so no further communication will occur.
Please allow for some time for this matter to be rectified but rest assured the matter has been reviewed and will be corrected as soon as possible.
