Easy Flo-Air

The Board at the Chocolate Factory condominium in [redacted] strongly recommends that you do not ever hire this company. They were contracted in 2014 to install an indoor/outdoor heating and a/c system for the building’s gym. The job was supposed to take 4 weeks. It took 4 months. From the outset, EasyFlo were inept and unprofessional. During and after the job, electrical and landscaping work as well as multiple repairs had to be undertaken by other contractors at the building’s expense, costing thousands of dollars. Moreover, EasyFlo withheld the warranty for the hvac system when a dispute ensued concerning their sloppy work. This company is incompetent and unpleasant to work with.
