Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Hethre] The hotel's response is not surprisingly lacking entire truth and exaggerating beyond all the facts and main point of the issue which is the rude and unproffessional service given by every front desk staff The cussing was not even used once during the 1am checkout so the fact they have re-created a new fairy tale and completly taken zero ownership of their less than one star service which matches the ghetto appearance of their property and makes sense why they can hire the desperate uneducated bitter staff they can pay union wages to with the profits they get from fooled tricked customers like me that are taken advantage of and left paying for rooms that are not given to themI paid for my stay for this room so this hotel response is void and abscent of addressing all that was spoken ofBut basic customer service standards are not part of this managers background obviously and is instead replaced with bitter projecting personal issuesBut looking at the long list of horrible reviews this hotel slready has on numerous websites and the lack of awards they posses speaks for itselfThe hotel response is cute and comicalI appreciate the attempt and I forgive them as they know not what their doing and have to live such miserable livesBless their little hearts In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The guest checked into the hotel on May ** at 10:30pm and at 2:30am on May ** contacted the hotel the sheets were not cleanThe hotel replaced the sheets and as good will gesture provide a discount for the inconvenienceAt no time was the guest offered or provided a complimentary night
The guest was contacted on May **, and provided a future discount as a good will gesture for up to a 50% reduction on a night stay; which was rejected by the guestNo further compensation would be provided because the guest was not going to receive a complimentary night for when they checked in at 10:30pm and had the room to at least 2:30am and kept the room until 1pm that day

Upon arrival the guest was informed that he needed to leave a credit for a security deposit/ incidentals ($per night) which is the hotel's chepolicyIf there were no charges or damages to the room the amount held is released upon check-outThe guest was very rude and used foul
language as he refused to provide his credit card for incidentals as well as payment for the facility feeThe facility fee was noted more than once on the application prior to confirming the booking*** *** walked away continuing to us abusive languageThe guest returned to the hotel attempting to cheat 1amOnce again he refused to provide a credit card or cash for the security depositIt was once again explained to *** *** that it was necessary in order to be able to check him inHe once again began insulting the staff and other guests around*** *** decided not to stay with us and called Hotel TonightHotel Tonight was informed b y the hotel that we would charge the first night only
