I bought the above product from this seller and the unit was listed in "very good" conditionWhen I received the unit it would not power on and was a dead unitIt was packaged well so I would be very surprised if it was damaged in shipmentEven if that were the case I would expect that the seller would be willing to work something out given that he packaged the product for shipment
The seller accepted my offer of 75% of asking price with no negotiation immediately, which seemed fishy, but I was happy to get the dealTurns out that was because the unit is dead and now the seller will not issue me a refundWhen I tried to talk to the seller about this and offer an opportunity to work things out, he became very defensive, and eventually said flat out that he would not take the unit back or issue me a refund
This is a scam and I not only want my money back, but I want ot
The 15th of June, I ask the EASY IMPORT USA company to forward some products I purchased within the USATheir invoice was euro for two palettes and I paid it as I did each times I used their services (with all of my products)At the reception, the 10th of July, only one palette has been received in France by my marin service providerI asked the company to refund me euro but they don't wantI need your help to claim my case against this commercial fraud
