I have started my Journey to leasing a new car and found my self dealing with Peter M O [redacted] at this location ( [redacted] )Despite the parameters that I have given him..he has consistently not followed what I have been asking He has been over quoting me and adding fees that he will later explain as negotiableI decided to give him one last shot and this is what he answers "To tell you the truth I do not feel like working with you anymore, because even I spend my time again, locate a car, beat the price, you are going to run somewhere else to get a dollar lessThank you for your business." Review: I leased a car from a [redacted] on February [redacted] 2015. I had 4 monthly payments left to make on my current vehicle. [redacted] told me he would take over 3 of them. It came out to be a great deal so I accepted it. However, he never even ended my lease nor did he make a single payment he claimed that he would. My credit has been affected negatively and I am in debt 3 monthly payments on top of new payments for my new vehicle I am currently paying.

I contacted [redacted] over a dozen times via text and telephone after finding out that these payments were never made and everytime he told me he was taking care of everything. I spoke to him on June [redacted] and he sent me an email of the picture of a check written out to the old leasing company showing me he made the payment. That check was dated may ** 2015. It is now June ** and guess what? There has been no payment made. He is still lying to me in hopes I disappear but that is not going to be the case. This is not how you do business.

He made a lousy dollar off of me and caused me many troublesaDesired Settlement: My desired outcome is for [redacted] to make the 3 payments totalling $930.00 to my old leasing company and to correct my credit report that has been affected.
