This statement is in response to a past customer of ours that filed a complaint that we feel is extremely misleading to say the least
This customer, based outside of the USA, had signed multiple contracts to purchase product from us, then after we held the goods for some time,
missing many opportunities to sell to our other customers, the customer then decided not to abide to the signed contracts and cancelled the orders
Still wanting to continue the business relationship, we were willing to try again. This time, this customer purchased goods from us in July , and at that time signed another paragraph contract, part of which agreeing to let us know of any discrepancies within days of delivery. The customer then contacted us the next year, in July of 2014, saying we owed him money or goods, due to some supposed shortage Because a year had passed, much much longer than the agreed upon days, we had no way of validating his claimed shortage
Even then, we offered to ship him additional product that he agreed was at least the same or greater value to him than the previously shipped goods, We stated these goods would be free of charge, and that we would even pay the freight to him at our own cost.
The customer, persisted to ask for more and more, demanding additional requirements, and concessions from us
We have done all we can do, and have gone far above and far beyond what we would ever expect in return, simply to settle the matter, but this customer refused and unfortunately was attempting to hold us captive to his continual attempts to get more and more from us under the threat of a Revdex.com complaint

I am rejecting this response because:
I paid for merchandise that did not arrive, and I did not claim earlier because ELS solutions sent me a shipping manifest with the merchandise incomplete, ELS delivered incomplete prepaid merchandise on November 4th. 2013, and they stated that it was incomplete, I kept waiting for the remaining to arrive.
ELS stated that they won´t give me my money back, ELS want to give me other goods different from what I purchased, and I said it´s okay because I´d rather have a bad arrangement than a good fight, but they want me to decline my claim before they send anything, which I won´t do until I recive either the goods, or the money back.
