Review: I was sold an extra furniture protection at time of purchase of my sofas, however was never told I had to register the warranty. Now I tried to file a claim with Guardian Warranty to have a repair done on my sofas. I called Guardian Warranty, and could not help me due to not being registered. I am missing a registration code they need.Desired Settlement: Refund for Guardian Warranty in the amount of $169.99

Review: My husband and I bought a package of furniture at this location back in 2010. We bought a mattress, large bed, sofa set, and dining set. We were told about their warranty service for the sofa and the mattress and we liked it, so we purchased it for extra money. Now that we have an issue with our sofa, they will not fix it. They are telling us this warranty no longer exist and that they cannot help us. I spoke to 3 different people before I got to the manager Eileen and she told me they can no longer help me because they only cover the 1st year of the warranty. So I called they the warranty place and they are telling me that our warranty service is no longer available and told me to call the retailer.When we purchased this insurance, they told us the warranty was a "lifetime warranty" on the fabric, frame, and leather of the sofa. In the representative's words, she said "your couch can burn down, rip into pieces, or anything, you can bring a piece of the sofa back and I will give you a brand new one." Aside from the warranty, I was told the fabric would be stain resistant because it was sprayed with something that would just soak in the stains. She told us we were covered 100% for that sofa. Now our sofa has a broken frame and stains on the fabric and they are blowing me off. Eileen told me she would get back to me and find out what exactly our coverage was and I had to wait almost 2 weeks before I HAD TO CALL. When I called she said she did not hear back from her bosses. I told her I was upset at what they sold me and the fake advertising. So she said once she heard back, she would call me back AGAIN! It has been over a month and I still have not heard from her! I am upset and frustrated! This place is selling warranties that they no longer have and they don't even have records of our family having warranty but it sure does appear ON THE RECEIPT WHERE THEY ARE CHARGING ME EXTRA MONEY FOR IT!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, exchange or repair for my sofa. I just need a sofa for my house and I am not spending anymore money to purchase it.
