It is all a lie!every attempt I made to call and email were ignored!!look how long it took to respond to this complaint!all my information was sent on same day and then sent two days after!you asked for copy of credit report,and drivers licence.you took all my PERSONAL infon and then ignored every effort I made in contacting since you don't even provide a live person to speak with!!you sure answered promptly to get my information then after that always sent me to voicemail.you responded to ONE email onY saying there was more info needed which was a bold face lie you told me make copy of licence I sent THREE copies/you asked for credit report I spent $40 to pay for a whole report not half but whole and sent to your company! You took all my personal info I have no idea what you did with it because I never got response nor the loan that's called fraud!!

Review: I was contacted numerous times via email regarding approval,upon different calls of the day.finally I attempted to call back with zero response I should've known then .I received s call on Aug 30.I spoke this time to a actual rep who told me I was approved based on my income,and my payments every month will be 370 $.he then had me listen to a recording ,and told me he would send me a link to send in a credit report which a free trail can be done for a 1$.or $39 for them to get their own report.I would also need to send clear copy of photo I'd.within in 2days.I sent in paperwork next morning I provided my credit report the whole thing with the link provided and photo I'd..I summated twice.I then emailed and called several times because I did not want my personal info floating around all I got was voicemail recordings for three days strait.finally one email from underwriter stating they didn't have all documents!which was false when I called ex number there was no exact person of that name only recordings!I emailed several more times stating I wanna know status and what's going on with my personal information!no response!!this is not a real business just people trying to collect all your information you will never get a real person and if you do they will connect you to yet another voicemail now I'm facing identity theft because I don't know where the hell my info is.noone has to call me and tell me anything its sad people do these things to others supporting their business trying to get help.Desired Settlement: I wanna know where my info is and if there is truly a stays!!

Review: I have some dental issues and was searching for financial help for the dental work that I need done, I located this company filled out a application, a few days later I received and email stating I qualified for a loan and they told me they need some documentation, so I faxed it to them, then I had a little phone interview and they said I qualified for $ 2900. they then said they needed my credit report and they were going to send me a email with a link to order it and it would be $ 19. ok I did that and they said I would be notified within 4 days if my loan was 100% approved. waited and waited. last week I received a text message saying that they send me a email update on my loan.. I NEVER received an email.. I have called, left messages and emailed and to this day have yet to get any response or even talk to anybody.Desired Settlement: I would like to see if I was actually approved and if I was to actually finalize the loan and be able to get the work done.

Review: On 3/12/15, I was contacted via email by [redacted] thanking me for applying for a medical loan. [redacted] informed me there was a $39 fee. You're sent an invoice via email for the $39. In the email he sent me informs me of the documents (loan app, 2 recent paystubs and a credit report) needed and to fax it to [redacted]. There's a link in the email to retrieve your credit report and you are charged $ 1. If you send in your own credit report you're charged $ 49. However, its waived if you complete all the documents and send in within 24hrs.I was informed by [redacted] at that time if there was no liens or bankrupcty on my credit report I'd get approved for the loan, because my salary was compareable to what I was asking for the loan.No contact via email or phone from 3/12/15 to 3/20/153/20/15 - I was contacted by [redacted] via email informing me that the lender should have a response by Monday3/24/15 - I was contacted by [redacted] via email stating the underwriter emailed me. I looked in my inbox and junk mail looking for an email from easymedicalloan. Ther was no email. I contacted [redacted] via email and phone asking who sent the email, what the email address was, etc....no response.In the coming days I have reached out to this company and [redacted] via email and phone to move this process forward. As of Wednesday, April 8th, 2015 the company nor [redacted] has contacted me.I did further research on this and found out [redacted] started this so called company three years ago. Plus, there's a YouTube thing on this company too. I've tried looking for reviews, complaints, etc...nothing. Yet, in the email it states this company receives over 6,000 applicants a month. I find this company has horrible customer service (you never get to speak to a person. You're always informed to leave a message and you'll be contacted) and scams you and doesn't follow through on their product. I suggest not to do any business with this company at anytimeDesired Settlement: I want the refund of the $ 39 I was charged. I want the money put back on my card. I'll accept no either settlement fromn this company. I'm tired of contacting them and get no response.

Review: Applied for a medical loan for IVF. Was contacted by an agent, told I was approved for more than the amount I requested, told them I only needed the amount requested. He then emailed me a full application with the request to send a copy of my credit report so they could verify I was not in bankruptcy. As they work with Score Sense(I already have an account with score sense), I assumed this was safe and real. I completed everything and faxed it to the number I was told to and now I cannot speak with anyone, I have left more than several messages and emails and no response. If you call the number listed, it just sends you to voicemail with the message that "all customer service reps are currently assisting other customers". You get this message no matter what time you call.Desired Settlement: I want all my information returned and if any fraudulent activity happens on my credit, I want them held responsible.

Review: I contacted this company to obtain a loan for a medical procedure. After applying I was contacted and told I was approved for the $15,000 that I applied for, with a payment of $341/mo. I had already sent all the required paperwork they required, and was told I just needed to pay the application fee of $39.

After I did this, I was e-mail several days later and told they were NOT going to approve me, and directed me to a predatory loan company that would give me $1000 with a $600/mo payment for the next 2 years.

I obviously did not take this loan due to it being predatory and a rip off.

I was then called 3 days later, and was told they did not receive my paperwork yet, or my application fee. When I explained to this caller that I had in fact paid and sent my paperwork, and the outcome of this. I was told none of this was in my file, and that it would be directed to a supervisor, who would call me back within 2 business days.

Well, no one has called me back. And when I have called to address the issue, I am directed to their underwriters, where I can only leave a voice mail, and can't actually speak to someone. It is said that someone would call me back, but this has never happened. I have left numerous messages, and still no return phone call.

I have given up on contacting these people, and on having my procedure done.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my $39 application fee back, based solely on the fact that the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing in this company, and for being lied to about being approved just to get my application fee. And for this company to stop giving false information to applicants in order to con people out of money.
