Review: I registered my daughter for their lessons this spring. I paid the full amount for a teen driver of $329. Due to conflict with her schedule, I postponed lessons until this fall. At this time she does not wish to pursue driving. I have called repeatedly and left many MANY messages for a manager in accounting. Today I had a conversation with a man who said that 'it was laughable that I thought I would get a refund'. He stated they have a 'No refund policy'. I replied that this is not in writing on their website or their enrollment application. He proceeded to list his reasons why someone should not expect a refund, and I was unable to get a word in. He also let me know that I should stop trying, that their was no way I was gonna get a refund. That my messages were all over their office, and it was a source of amusement.Desired Settlement: $329.00 and a written disclaimer on their website and enrollment form so that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called to cancel my driving lesson and confirm my road test I spoke to the Manager whom was a man who tried to tell me I had to pay up for a road test for $109 and he couldn't even give me a date, to make matters worse He slipped on the three way and asked his Employees" Do you have a road test for this [redacted]." Yes, He called me a [redacted]!!!!!!!! Come to find out they are not even accredited by Revdex.com.

Review: My son is currently taking his behind the wheel classes through Easy Method. I needed to cancel one of his sessions. I realized it was a Holiday weekend and made numerous attempts to contact them by calling their phone number but to no avail since there was no answering machine or voicemail. I called again when I knew they opened this morning. Before I could finish explaining that I needed to cancel my son's behind the wheel I was told that I would have had to cancel by 1 pm on Saturday and then she went in to explain the whole policy of that I would be charged $40 for not giving 24 hours notice. I explained that his grandfather passed away and that I had made attempts to contact them prior to the 24 hour notice but to no avail. She explained that the state doesn't allow them to have voice mail and she AGAIN very rudely went in on the whole policy and procedure that I would be charged the $40, that every parent was given a sheet explaining the canceling of an appointment not done within 24 hours. I finally interrupted her and stated that I understood the rules since she already explained them and I had signed off on them at the start of his classes and that a simple expression of condolences would have been nice since I wasn't really concerned about the $40, I had much other things more important things on my mind at that moment. Told her to bill me the $40 and that I would be contacting the Revdex.com for her poor customer service.

[redacted] called our office the morning of September 3, 2013 stating that her son [redacted] was unable to drive that day due to a football injury not because of a death in the family. If it would have been a family emergency we would have changed the lesson without a penalty. We indicated to Ms. [redacted] that we would see if the injury effected [redacted]'s driving ability at the time of the lesson because of the 24 hour notice rule.
