My claim ID #ID [redacted], I wanted to provide an update of my call to Easy Move on Friday, April 25th...

and FINALLY got [redacted] on the phone, I addressed that he had not returned my call and wanted 10 see when he was coming out to inspect our Refrdgerator, he said he could come out Monday morning but I explained with work it was hard in the morning so ha scheduled with me between 5 & 5:30 pm, he took my phone number and address and said other he would be there or one of his guys. Needless to say we waited and waited arid no one showed up.
I have also attached our receipt the day of our move that also noted the damage so I am not sure what steps can be taken to get this resolved. Also I have copied from their website that shows that they say they are Revdex.com A+ rate
