Easy Pool

Review: Easy pool put in y swimming pool in june 2013. They did a very good job, however [redacted] the contractor sold me a ladder for the pool and said that he would have to break the cement and move the existing poles for the old ladder to a new location. I agreed to pay him for this work and a new ladder. He ordered me a ladder, and when it came it did not need to be reset and we could use the old poles. He did not bring me a receipt for the ladder, and he said he also ordered the grab rail for the end of the pool by the steps going to the pool. When the credit card billing came it was for over $1,000.00. I asked him why so much, since he had to do no work in installing the ladder and I had no grab rail. I told him on numerous occasions that I would like a billing for the ladder and to refund me the price of the grab rail. He has never called me back and will not answer my e mails. I know that the ladder did not cost $1,000.00 and I believe I am due a refund.Desired Settlement: Refund for over the amount of the ladder, billing for the ladder, and where it came from, Since I do not have the grab rail, and never even seen it. This is not an issue. This should be very simple. The ladder is nothing special,

Review: [redacted]Easy Pools, the owner [redacted] took a $ [redacted] check from me that was a deposit and was NOT supposed to be cashed until the 3rd day, he cashed it on the 2nd day. My husband found several of Bad reviews on Yulp, so at this time we were not going to use his service. I request for my money back and [redacted] with Easy Pools refuse to refund my money. He also lied on his paper work stating that the money was going to be for perm & planning. Which is false due to the matter I already had the permit and planning done before he showed up at my residence. This person scammed me out of $[redacted] dollars. The bank has proof of the check. [redacted] with Easy Pools didn't do anything for me but take my money and run. Ca State Lic# [redacted].My husband and I hired a different pool company.Desired Settlement: I want my $[redacted] back from [redacted]he owner of Easy Pools, due to the matter he did nothing for us and LIED on his paper work.
