I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved and I have received a refundTheir poor customer service needs to be notedI'm glad the shipping was brought up because I was never notified that the blinds were being shipped even after requesting the informationThe system was not updating in real timeAgain, a time was not provided when the package would be delivered, It required a signature & an adult over the age of I'm a homeowner and there is plenty of property in the front and rear to place the blindsAs you can see in the response, the customer service representatives are very unprofessionalI'm glad they responded timely on this occasion however it took weeks of discussion back and forth before I contacted the Revdex.comAlso, the company offered free shipping to the client was one of the reasons I purchased from them, next time consult with ***, so you don't lose out on your moneyYou didn't do me any favors or provide good service.

Customer purchased sets of Vinyl BlindsSince these blinds are Vinyl, they are not to be used in very hot/sunny windowsWe offer other blinds for that purposeIn addition to that, we have sold hundreds of these blinds without any complaints, when used properlyWe have asked the customer for
proof of the damage, but he declined to provide any.Regardless, we have gone ahead and issued a refund in the amount of $to cover for the one set that the customer claims to have been damaged by the sun.The refund went through Walmart - where the purchase was made - and the customer should see it on his account within 3-business days.Michelle

Please note that as of 04/**/2017 the customer received a FULL refund of $76.48 via the Walmart Marketplace where the order was placed originally.Because of the nature of the Blinds the customer purchased, 71" long, we had shipped her order via [redacted] ground service. The tracking number is:...

[redacted]. The order was shipped to the customer on 03/**/2017, just two days after she placed her order. [redacted] has attempted to deliver the package on four different times, but the customer was not available. We had NOT requested for a signature, but it's possible that [redacted] insisted on it because of the size of the package since it was very large and they had no where to leave it outside the home.03/**/2017 7:18 P.M. The receiver was not available at the time of the final delivery attempt. / The package will be returned to the sender. Finally the package was returned back to us. We absorbed the outbound shipping fees of $16.40 as well as the return shipping fees of $9.95 and refunded the customer in full.
