On July **, I went in Easy Shopping furniture store to order a drawer chest that was supposed to be delivered on July **, On July **, I stayed home all day waiting for my merchandiseThe merchandise was never delivered on the ***I called all day on the *** and received no answerSo I decided to go to the store myself and the store was closedI returned back to the store on August *, and the store still remained closedSo when I returned home I canceled part of the payment on my credit card I went to the store again on August 3,and it was opened for businessI addressed the female salesperson and told her my situation, she replied by saying " she knows about the drawer chest not being delivered on the ***""I told her I did not know what was going on,I did not receive a call""So I canceled part of the payment that was charged on my credit card, and I wanted a refund of the part that was paid in cash which was a $115.00"She replied saying "they do not provide cash refunds"I told her I did not want the dresser anymore and she said " In order to receive my cash back,I would have to take them to small claims court"She then told she could have the drawer chest delivered to me next day which was August *, So , I thought about and decided to pay back the difference and accept the deliveryThe drawer chest was delivered on August *, already assembledWhen they brought it upstairs, the drawer chest was damagedUnfortunately I did not see the damaged until the delivery guys leftI tried to contact the furniture store several times but, received no answerSo, I decided to go back to the furniture storeWhen I arrived at the furniture store, I spoke to the same saleslady I spoke to the first timeI told her the drawer chest was damaged and show her the pictures that I took with my phone and showing her the damages on the right side of the dresser and the top inside of the drawerShe asked am I going to be available that evening so , they can deliver another dresserI told her yesI received a call around 5pm August *,asking would it be okay to deliver the dresser on August *, I informed her that I had to workSo I gave her a window o f time that I would be available to receive the dresser and she agreedAugust *,the five drawer chest was delivered un assembledThey assembled the five drawer chest and removed the old dresser while doing so they made scratches on my wood floor by pushing it across the floorWhen I asked did they have a dolly they replied knowThe new dresser had one small scratch in the inside of the second drawer I was at a total loss and loss two days pay and my floor is damaged I would like to warn other consumers to not do business with this furniture company

On July **, 2015 I stayed home all day waiting for my merchandise. The merchandise was never delivered on the [redacted]. I called all day on the [redacted] and received no answer. So I decided to go to the store myself and the store was closed. I returned back to the store on August *, 2015 and the store still remained closed. So when I returned home I canceled part of the payment on my credit card. I went to the store again on August 3,2015 and it was opened for business. Review: I WISH I COULD CHOOSE MORE THAN ONE COMPLAINT TYPE, BECAUSE MY COMPLAINT FALLS UNDER MANY CATAGORIES. I ORDERED A TWIN BUNKBED SET FOR MY DAUGHTERS. I SPENT 975.00 CASH MONEY. I RECIEVED MY BEDS A FEW DAYS AFTER MY APRIL * 2014 PURCHASE DATE. AS SOON AS THE BED WAS ASSEMBLED, I NOTICED A HUGE CRACK ON THE BED STEPS. THIS BED HAS STEPS, NOT A LADDER FOR SAFETY PURPOSES FOR MY YOUNG DAUGHTER. SINCE THE BED WAS DELIVERED IN THE EVENING I CONTACTED THE [redacted] RIGHT AWAY AND TOLD HIM MY BED WAS DEFECTED, OR DAMAGED IF HE COULD KINDLY REPLACE THE STEP AND THE ISSUE WOULD BE RESOLVED. HE SENT SOMEONE OVER TO LOOK AT THE STEP, HE SEEN IT WAS CRACKED AND PRETTY SOON IT WILL KEEP BREAKING LEAVING ME WITH A BROKEN BED I JUST BOUGHT. THE [redacted] WHO I WILL REFER TO AS SHY BECAUSE HE TOLD ME THAT WAS HIS NAME SAID HE WOULD RESOLVE THE ISSUE. TWO WEEKS PASS AND NO WORD FROM SHY NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL.SO I REACH OUT TO HIM AGAIN AND HE FORGOT ALL ABOUT MY ISSUE. THIS MAN IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOESNT HAVE ANY [redacted] ETHICS. I HAVE BEEN BACK AND FORTH WITH THIS MAN AND TWO MONTHS LATER I STILL HAE A BROKEN BED. I AM FURIOUS ABOUT THE SITUATION, I DONT SUGGEST ANYONE DO TO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN. PLEASE HELP ,ME. MY POOR BABY WILL GET HURT ON THIS STEP IF IT ISNT FIXED I AM WORRIED , FURIOUS AND CHEATED OUT OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY. PLEASE HELPDesired Settlement: I WOULD EXPECT A REFUND, OR AN REPLACEMENT.

Review: Easy Shopping Furniture Dept. Store show me 4(2Queens and 2Twin size)Four Good clean new Mattresses and delivered by his company van Old, Used, dirty (with Dog pea spots) damaged, ripped off, scuffed and without plastic cover 4 mattresses. Immediate after within few minutes I went to store and spoke with Sales people, Supervisor Manager and Owner and mentioned that these are not the mattresses that you showed me. So please take your mattresses and give me the one you showed. But they did not listen to me. Next day I contact them again and add to my complain that these 4 mattress has bed bugs. But they did not listen to my complain. Keep trying for weeks I approach the business owner that at least replace theses mattresses without bedbugs. Instead of 4 he sold me one mattress and that was also used and dirty. So these 5 mattresses be replaced from Old dirty used to New Clean and un used. ASAPDesired Settlement: 2 Queen size and 3 Twin size old dirty used mattresses with bed bugs, should be replaces exchanged by new Good quality Clean firm mattresses
