Review: I contracted with Easy Siders to have my roofing replaced. The appointment I had with the sales representative to choose the color of the new shingles was to take place on Thursday January 8th at 5pm. All that happened was that I was given a sample board from which we were to pick a color. We were never told that the small samples from which we were to choose were just one part of the shingle and that the shingles used actually had portions that were completely different colors. We were told that we did not need to be home since they did not need to come into the house. Because of the weather the start date was uncertain. So on Wednesday Feb 4th we came home from work and found them working on the roof. This was not a problem except that it was already dark so we could not see what was going on. They worked on the roof for three days but we left for work when it was dark and returned all three days after it was dark. So we could never see the the roof until Saturday after they were finished.At not time did anyone talk to us during the three days. What we saw was a multi-colored roof not at all what the shingle board looked like. I have talked with the sales man and he just told me it was our faulty. That the sample board says there can be variation to the color. But what we have are completely different colors than the sample board. We have been told that there is nothing Easy Siders will do.Desired Settlement: My desire is that they will stand by their promises and reputation and fix the problem.
