offered customer to pay for the warranty as oustomer;'ssystem was out of warrantyCustomer agreed and paid $for theOne year of Computer SupportI!-.N~ "oo17!!'After that customer called for the support and we provide the relevantsupport for the computerCustomer called and said about the ltunescard He had paid to someone and looking for the refund, weinvestigated in our department and checked there is no charge of ITunes with us as we are not supporting and accepting any * *** card.We have intimated the same to customer several times that we have notcharged anything from the I Tunes as his support is already activatedand he paid to some other third party person or organizationHe madethe payment to us by credit card on October 26, and we acceptonly cheques and Credit card for the payment onlySo I would requestyou if you could make customer understand about the fact that he madethe payment to an another person or company.Regards
