This simply means there is a month commitment should they go past the day trialAccording to our detailed records, they signed up for the trial on 3/17/to which the trial ended 4/17/On 5/the following note in our CRM was recorded - "Sandy called, have not installed or used the software yet, may want to cancel"At this point they did not request cancellationOn 7/the following note in our CRM was recorded - "Sandy called to canceled, she indicated they have no need for the software"At this point we cancelled their account, whereby they asked for a refund and [redacted] [redacted] did remind them of there month commitmentAccording to our records it wasn't days it was a month after the trial finished that they first communicated with us, but even at that point that did not ask to be cancelledIt was only on the 5th of July that they asked to be cancelled.which was almost months after the trial had expiredIf I can be of anymore service please don't hesitate to askKind Regards, Ben V***
