This is regards to Customer [redacted] Complaint, Customer wascharged on 02/06/2016 for $149.99 to the...

Services provided, Customer again called on 02/08/16 to get enhanced plan and paid $50.00.Customer already filed a charge back as of 04/04/2016 for $149.99 thru Bank and was refunded for same thru M[redacted]. Customer never filed Charge back for $ 50.00 for 02/08/2016 transaction.As of current we were not aware that Customer is unhappy with the services provided to her and looking like to cancel services and refund back. As we have policy that we give full refund to any unsatisfied customer we are sending refund via check to customer for $ 50.00,Chk date: 05/18/16 forwhich customer never filed charge back, which bring her total payment of $ 199.99 resolved and refunded to Customer.Let me know ifyou have amy questionsRegards[redacted].EasySolutions USA

Customer already filed a charge back as of 04/04/2016 for $149.99 thru Bank and was refunded for same thru M[redacted]. Customer never filed Charge back for $ 50.00 for 02/08/2016 transaction.

This Company hacked my computer on a Friday, September 23 and a message appeared to call them for technical support immediately and do not turn off my computer. My computer was frozen! I had just installed Microsoft 10 on my computer when this occurred. I called the number and they told me they were with Microsoft and they could take care of my computer. I told them I had McAfee Total Protection and I didn't understand why this happened. Then, they told me McAfee wasn't compatible with Microsoft so they would have to do a scan to determine what was wrong and they would for sure fix my computer but it was going to cost me. They also said I needed to purchase a special no hacking program from them. I had a choice of 1 to 3 years service. Stupid me I agreed to 3 years hacking protection. The total cost for scanning and removal plus the protection was $748 that I agreed to be taken from my checking account. They had control of my computer. After I could get access to my computer, I changed all my passwords. It was about 11:00 at night by this time so on Sunday I called McAfee and told them what had happened and asked them why their Total Protection Program did not protect my computer.McAfee told me I had been hacked and scammed. I immediately called Technet Software Solution LLC (Easy Solutions USA) and confronted them. They agreed to refund $250. This is not the total cost for the 3 years protection. It is now October 18, and I have called them three times. They keep telling me I should see the refund in one or two days in my checking account. This company lied to me from the beginning and they hacked my computer. They should be closed down for dishonest business practices.
