poor service
I too have been trying to return shoes to eay spirit for a refund and get no satisfactioneven though I have contacted them many times without results . I will never buy from them again and will tell everyone I can not to purchase anything from them and will post it on social media. worst customer severice I have ever experienced.

Review: I have been trying to return 4 pair of Easy Spirit Slippers for the entire Month of May 2014. I wore one pair for two weeks and the defective poorly constructed shoes fell apart and deflated in 2 weeks! I paid cash and with my checking account debit card and when it became obvious that the shoes are poorly constructed I repeatedly contacted the 800 number customer service, the Outlet store and the retail store for a cash refund of $80. Shoes list price is $28. and with 30% discount I have 4 pair of Slippers that should give me $80. cash refund. I have the receipts for the product, I currently have 4 unworn with new packaging. The store receipt indicates that the policy is 30 days to return the items to the store for a full refund. On May **, Friday night I was in the store requesting my cash refund. Additionally, I had an Easy Spirit Gift Card credit for $59.99 that I wanted to use to repurchase the shoes and initially get my $59.99 cash back. Although it is not expired, the sales clerk would not honor the store issued gift card. I never heard from [redacted] the [redacted]. Although I requested my cash refund in a timely manner within the 30 days I have been ignored, insulted and misdirected. Since I am a disabled american, I have spent money on taxis to go to various Easy Spirit locations and spent precious personal time during my medical treatment during month of May. I have found the personnel at [redacted] indifferent to my needs and the company's reputation. The quality & service have deteriorated.Desired Settlement: In total I deserve to get a full cash refund at the [redacted] store location of $120. for the 4 pair of unused slippers. Additionally since I should have been able to use my Easy Spirit Gift Card for $59.99 to purchase the sandles. The defective sandles that the Gift Card represented were purchased with my checking account debit card that withdrew cash from account. It was not purchased with a credit card so the store stated policy is that I should get the same form of payment from Easy Spirit, not a store credit. I have been "danced around the floor twice" from the Easy Spirit Corporate 800 number, bouncing from the [redacted] retail store to the [redacted] Outlet store. I still do not have a safe, well constructed well fitting sandle or slipper to wear with my toe injury. I want a cash refund in person of $139.99 so I can buy a pair of slippers to wear that won't fall apart. This is the most indifferent, disorganized company that has changed the quality of product. On final day of 30 refund period I purchased 2 pair of the sandles at the [redacted] store to preserve the value of the gift card since I was not allowed to utilize to purchase the initial slipper purchase. Help me to get my cash back! I have not used the 2 pair of sandles purchased at the [redacted] store at the 11th hour because I needed official documentation to prove I was there trying to obtain the contractual refund that is promised on the receipt. I was defrauded because the store will not fulfill the promise of full refund if the product is unsatisfactory. I injured my feet on March ** and May *,2014. It is unconscienable how many times I had to try to get them to comply with their own stated policy. My last request for a refund at [redacted] Easy Spirit store was on May **, 2014 7:50pm with no success. [redacted]

Review: Back on March [redacted] I returned the shoes that looked like they have been worn. Took pictures of them before shipping them back. I used the shipping label that Easy Spirit provided. They have no record of it. The Person that was emailing, told me she was a [redacted], but then did not sign one of her emails [redacted] so I am assuming she was lying to me. It has been one thing or another with them.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for the two pairs of shoes that were suppose to be new, but look like they had been worn.

Review: I ordered a pair of shoes from this company online and was to have it sent to my home address. I had waited about a week and called to check on said pair of shoes was told that they were delivered. I checked and they were not delivered to my home but to an address that I have not lived at for at least 6 or 7 years. I was told that they (ups) would try to retrieve the package back but if they could not they (ups)would issue a claim. I waited the 8 business days and talked with someone else and was transferred to ups they didn't know anything. I called easy spirit customer service back and was told I would receive a full refund if there was a claim. I called easy spirit the next day and told them that I had called ups dept. and they said they filed a claim with them. I asked for a full refund and was told it would go through in a day or two and I would receive my monies back for a purchase that I never even received. I received some money back but it was not the total I paid for shoes. I am still owed $7.49.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my $7.49 to make the complete total I paid.

Review: I ordered something from this company back in February and I sent it back because not as advertised. Well then they told me they could not refund my money even though they should have had the package by now. I sent it U.S. Mail because that is how they send most of my stuff. I do not want money taken out for shipping, this has been quite a few months now and then they ignore me. I just want my 84.41 back.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund amount $84.41.
