This is an issue that [redacted] must address as the owner of ET International I have forwarded the complaint to him, but I have not heard from him on the issue I will strongly suggest that he reply and resolve this with the customer immediately, but ultimately [redacted] has to be the one to respond as I am not part of the company and don't know the explanation

I am rejecting this response because: We have been in contact with and submitted claim documents to [redacted]; however, we have not had a response. This response is the same as before.In our view the action of ET International Technologies is fraudulent and must be reported to the proper authorities. Payments were made for product recommended by ET International Technologies; however, all product was not shipped. The work for which the equipment and accessories was intended has been completed at extra costs to the customer. A refund as detailed is only acceptable at this stage.
