Charged my credit card when I had never even heard of them

A year ago this company obtained my credit card info and started billing me $for a subscription service I never signed forCalled and complained and got a refundAccording to them they cancelled my accountThis year they are doing it againI dont know who they are and never asked for their servicesThis is a fraudThey collect funds using several different alias such as wellness coach/ my health fit/ easythinmd/ showing up on my statementsI called my bank and my bank is investigating them as wellI am very concerned how they obtained access to my accountThis scam must be happening to other people as well

I have been getting charged a monthly $fee every month when I NEVER signed up for anything with this company I have contacted them various times and they say they will not charge again and also refund and nothing has been done I need this cancelled and my monies returned I dont know why they keep charging for something I never signed up for and dont even know the company
