I ordered 2 orders of Lucifer bulbs. Planted them almost 3 months ago and nothing. I called their customer service and was told to wait longer then send in a picture where they where planted and it would be under review. Really? A 15.00 sale and have to go through all that? Just won’t order from them again and give them a bad review for their lousy customer service.
I purchased several bulbs from this company . I ordered Paperwhites for Christmas gifts and some lilies for forcing . I placed the order over a week ago and have heard nothing back about when it would be shipped . I emailed the company last Thursday and several times after that including today . I called them yesterday and today you never reach a person you just get voice mail and I left two messages again I have not received a response . All of the bulbs I ordered are time sensitive and I have no idea when they will be shipped. The customer service or lack thereof is the worst I have ever dealt with. I have not received one response from the company .Feels like a scam.
The issue has been resolved directly with customer prior to us receiving the complaint in the mail. The customers' email was in our service que, assigned to a team member who ended up being out sick for one week, delaying her response to the customer. When that team member got back into the office,...
she called and apologized for the delay in response and rectified the situation by issuing a refund for the item that mis bloomed. The customer was happy to have things resolved and understood that our service que was backed up because we were down a team member for 1 week.

I received an e-mail from the company stating that they have credited my visa credit card for the requested amount: however, the credit card that has been credited NO LONGER EXISTS. My original charge was made in August 2013 and the credit card used was compromised in early 2014 and replaced with another credit card. I answered the e-mail sent to me by Easy to Grow Bulbs with a different credit card to be credited the amount. I have had no response or credit so far. What should I do now??? [redacted]
Review: Bulbs that were guaranteed to grow did not come up after planting and when I contacted the company, I was told that they would be replaced this fall. I have not received the replacement bulbs and the company has stopped any contact with me after promising to send the replacement bulbs.Desired Settlement: Since it is too late to plant the bulbs this fall, I would like a refund on the bulbs that did not grow this past Spring.
