Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
My complaint has not been resolved because I still have not been reached by the business or the ownerI have been calling calling for months wasting my time only to receive a response that I will get a call back but obviously never returnedI spoke to the owner once and gave me his "personal" number only to never pick up my calls ever againWe reached an agreement that I would take classes with him and rewatch the videoWhich I would pay for another package and give them more moneyI don't have any idea why they would be so irresponsible or careless with a paying customer and lose moneyBy far the most unprofessional business I have encounteredAnd also, all of that in their response is untrueI was scheduled a road test which I showed up to under the wrong impressionNobody informed me (clearly a problem with their business) that I would have to be there for 4+ hours when I had to go to class at my UniversityThat's when the owner himself told me that They would reschedule no problem so I wouldn't have to miss classThis is the first time I've heard of those other "or appointments" which must of been scheduled without my knowledgeI never even received a phone call or we wouldn't be in this situationAnd they have been ducking my calls ever sinceIt was the biggest hassle to even receive my certificate...which I had to basically beg for for months and only got before I filed this complaint which was months after it expiredVery badly run business with terrible communicationAnd I was never rude to the secretaries not even considering all the time that I had wasted with their businessThey were very rude and condescending to me on many occasions
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above

Review: This driving school was awful. We made an appointment for a Thursday night. We got a call the night before asking if we had the paper they needed to take to DMV. We did not because they didn't give it to us. The instructor A. said he would put it in the mailbox Wednesday night for the parent to sign off. Thursday morning it still wasn't there. He said he would put in in the mailbox by 8 a.m. Thursday. Again it didn't happen. After several text messages he finally brought it to my office and showed up late for his appointment to pick my daughter up from school. On the drive from school to the DMV he was using his cell phone while driving. He brought her back home by 6 p.m. so he didn't even give her the full 3 hours of instruction that day. He showed up to pick her up again on Saturday. My daughter reported that he had discussed marijuana with her and appeared to be high. He was on his cell phone the entire time she was driving. When he brought her back home he wanted the final payment. Since DMV was closed he couldnt give us the final driving permit and didn't have the certificate that she completed 6 hours so I didn't give him the final payment. Monday was a holiday. He said he would have the permit signed by his boss on either Sunday or Monday, go to DMV on Tuesday and bring everything to us on Tuesday. That didn't happen. Had to continually text him asking when he would bring it. Wednesday, still didn't happen, more texts and getting frustrated. Called the owner to complain and told her all of this. She said she would talk to him and deliver it to us. More texts to A. Finally the other owner met me at my house Thursday night with the permit and certificate. Grudgingly I paid him the final payment but told him all of this. He apologized with a smile on his face and asked what he could do. I have no more children needing this so other than not accepting my final payment (which he didn't offer to do) there wasn't anything tDesired Settlement: I would like a full or partial refund of what I paid for this "service".

Review: Easy to Learn driving school seemed to be a great option for driving school since it was the cheapest one I could find. There seemed to be good reviews on the school online. However, my driving instructor not only gave terrible service, but when she gave me my permit (in July of 2012), However, my instructor failed to get it validated for me. Apparently I was supposed to have a stamp with a hand-written five digit number which wasn't on my permit. My driving instructor only gave me the permit in an envelope after I took my final driving lesson and told me everything was done. She didn't even tell me I had to get it validated. Due to the fact my permit wasn't validated, if I were to get pulled over by the police, my parents and I could have gotten into a lot of trouble for driving without a real permit. I was unaware that I needed the validation stamp and number until the day I went to the DMV to schedule a road test a year later (July 17, 2013). The DMV employee told me my permit was not validated and he had to validate it for me. A road test was scheduled six months from that day, so I couldn't get my license for another six months. I talked to a couple friends about this and they told me their driving school prepared everything for them. I do not understand why my driving instructor did not complete this vital part of my permit. She did not to the job she was paid to do.Desired Settlement: Paying for this driving school was a big waste of money. I was guaranteed a valid driving permit, and that I would get my license in July of 2013. Now I will not be able to take my road test until January of 2014. The permit was completely useless because my instructor did not do her job. I did not get the valid permit this driving school guaranteed to give me. I would like to get a refund because I feel my parents and I have been scammed. We paid the full price for a useless piece of paper.

My instructor wasn't very cooperative. He wasn't trying to work around my work schedule.

My instructor would try to hit on me which made me feel uncomfortable.

We had an agreement that he would take me to the DMV to get my road test done and he never showed up. I called multiple times and got no answer. He soon called 1 hour later and told me that his "car broke down" and that another guy was going to bring me there. and his coworker that was "suppose" to come and get me, called and said that he wasn't coming because his "alarm didn't go off on the right time". The amount of excuses I got from this company really made me mad. So I had to reschedule my road test by myself without any of their help. I really don't recommend working with the people in this company.
