I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I hired help around June because I would be moving to a new house and I needed help doing thisThis dragged out much too long, over a two month period, due to the lack of skill and availability of the person sent to meDespite this, I paid this person as agreed upon for every hour she did spend with meHowever, MrsMichelle Muirhead alleges in her response to my last complaint that "previous lady was never paid"Previous lady's name is [redacted] , and at the time Michelle Muirhead wrote this response, [redacted] had already cashed all of her checks for payment from me for all of her workI have checked my bank records carefully and I can see that the only check that had not been cashed at the time of the writing of this response to the Revdex.com was the check I wrote specificaoy to MrsMuirheadI would like to highlight the fact that these last two checks I wrote n Aug were both marked PAID IN FULL, and both have been cashedMrsMuirhead needs to cease and desist defaming my character saying that "previous lady" was NEVER paidShe was paid handsomely for the lousy work she did, that dragged nt for two whole months, and did not have an end in sight, while I was battling with my own father who finally resorted to serving an eviction notice due to the very slow as molasses nature of [redacted] 's workAt any rate, she HAS BEEN PAID IN FULLMrsMuirhead needs to acknowledge this and retract her statements that she has not been paid in fullThis is hurtful and information, slander and defamation of characgter and it was even used by MrsMuirhead to discourage a potentially great employee from finishing this job for me by Aug because "other lady" had supposedly never been paidHere are my records of paymentPerhaps MrsMuirhead should check her records again, or improve communication with her workersMrsMuirhead herself cashed the last check on Aug (I have no idea why she waited so long to cash it, when it was sent together with Ms [redacted] 's check back on Aug 5, and Ms [redacted] cashed her portion of the payment on Aug 15) It is hard to understand why two days AFTER Ms [redacted] cashed her final paid in full check, that MrsMuirhead on Aug wrote her response to the Revdex.com asserting Ms [redacted] had NEVER BEEN PAIDThis is simply not trueI insist MrsMuirhead stop defaming my character in this wayI would also like to state that I hired this person June 15, Ms [redacted] was not available for most of the first two weeks of JULY, which was a major inconvenience, and due to her lack of availability and skill, unfortunately, I was finally served an eviction notice dated July 12, and served on July 27, effective date for moving out for Aug This did not have to happen if I had been sent an experienced worker with availabilityUnfortunately, [redacted] was not experienced, and this was her first job ever working for Hired the Help, and she appears to be about only years oldDESPITE her multiple inadequacies in skills and experience, I still paid her IN FULLThis needs to be acknowledged by Hire the Help, MrsMichelle Muirhead once and for all“OTHER LADY” [redacted] payment history: June 23, check $ for hours cashed on 6/27/by M [redacted] June 20, check $ for hours cashed in 6/30/by M [redacted] June 28, check $ 90.00for hours cashed on 6/30/by M [redacted] Paid in Full JUNE $ TOTAL JULY HOURS/ TIMESHEET @ per hour, dollars of each hour goes to Michelle Muirhead, and five dollar monthly fee to Micky: July Amt to Micky: July July July JULY Total Hire the Help portion plus Membership Fee + Total for Hire the Help Aug CHECK MARKED PAID IN FULL cashed 8/25/by Michelle Muirhead That means that ?" is the net JULY earnings, which would be ?" for cleanup of coffee spill in car makes Aug CHECK MARKED Paid in FULL cashed 8/15/by [redacted] GRAND TOTAL PAID TO DATE TO [redacted] includiung Michelle Muirheads cutsMRSMUIRHEAD's Statemnt Aug 2016: Spoke to McKenzie E., she explained process and situationStates she had written up contract for customer, which customer stated she would not signShowed up to customers, explained it was $hrThe customer requested she bid for the project, $per day with unlimited hoursMcKenzie refusedWas never paid for day she was there and neither was previous ladyCustomer was moving due to an eviction notice and had to be out by Aug1stEND OF MRSMuirhead's statement I want to add that I did not have unlimited time or unlimited hours to do it withInitially this was a job I wanted to have done by July initially and if it had been done that way, the entire eviction procedure could have been avoidedThis move dragged on for two months, and when MrsMuirhead finally found someone capable of finishing the job, MrsMuirhead defamed my character and prohibited her from returning and finishing the job, saying it would be unlimited hours and that I had NEVER PAID the "previous lady"This is simply not trueI only wanted a max of hours per day with a final date of Aug and as you can see, I paid the "previous lady" several times in June and have finished paying her for JulyOriginally I hired her help in JUNE to avoid eviction, but unfortunately, the customer's needs are irrelevant, despite Hire the Helps advertising and the lack of availability and skill of the worker sent to me led to this eviction being filedAlso, the lack of accuracy in all of MrsMuirhead's response to my previous complaint erodes at the "impeccable integrity" reputation and slogan on her websiteAdmit all checks have been rec'd and cashed for payment in full.? Regards, [redacted]
