A service call was scheduled for his free upgrade on December 27, *** *** cancelled the appointment with the technicianOn the same day, December 27, 2016, John in our service department left *** *** a message to call back and reschedule his appointmentOn January 18, *** *** abruptly cancelled his account with Gillmore SecurityHis reason for cancelling was due to the system not communicating with our central station; however, we have made numerous attempts to resolve the communication issue due to the 2G cellular sunset, including the offer of a free upgradeOn May 2, a refund check was issued (check #: 38963) for $and our bank records indicate the check was cashed.Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.Respectfully, Zeljka ***
