What he is saying is absolutely not trueI have never had to cancel a flight before so this is my first experience and so didn't know about the airline rules.The second one about shifting the blame for the lack of transfer of information is also very wrong on the part of the business since they have our email addresses and could have communicated directly to usIt was from his unwillingness to be straightforward since last year that made us communicate with him through the friend.AAlso if BA records messages, it can be verified from them the frustrations we went through last year when we travelled and also about how we complained about them not sending us a mail when our flight was changed and how they said the agent should have done so.Pease let the agent provide proof of doing so and you will see that he has noneWe had to find out from BA ourselves with no help from him

The back and forth is not going to solve anythingSince he was extremely unhelpful in the whole situation and we didn't get a refund or our ticket became null because the time had elapsed, a simple apology and an explanation of how the whole ticketing works would have been welcomed instead of his blatant arrogance and complete disregard towards us and our concerns till I decided to notify you of how we had been treatedHe should just learn to be more polite and treat customers better in future. Thank you.

TO BEGIN WITH,THEIR FRIEND IN US PURCHASED THE TICKET FOR THEM SO SHE CALLED FOR THE CANCELLATION,IT WAS VIVIDLY EXPLAINED TO HER AGAIN THAT TICKET IS GOOD WITHIN A PERIOD OF A YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.THIS IS EVEN GLOBALLY KNOWN BECAUSE ITS A COMMON RULE OF ALL AIRLINES.BESIDES,UPON...

PURCHASING ALL THESE RULES ARE READ TO CUSTOMERS SO TO SAY CUSTOMER WAS NOT TOLD IS NOT TRUE,BUT I DON'T VEHEMENTLY KNOW HOW THIS WAS RELAYED TO [redacted] BY THE FRIEND.WITH REGARDS TO NOT ANSWERING CUSTOMER WAS NOT TRUE I WAS THEN COMMUNICATING WITH THEIR FRIEND HERE WHO IS ALSO A CUSTOMER OF MINE IF HE DID NOT DELIVER MESSAGES I CANT TELL.TO CLEAR THAT,ON AUGUST ** WAS WHEN CUSTOMER ASKED TO USE THE TICKET,I REQUESTED NEW DATE SAME DAY AND HE RESPONDED ON SEPTEMBER [redacted] JUST CAUSING DELAY.IT WAS AFTER THAT RECORDS SHOWED TICKET EXPIRED ON [redacted] APRIL THIS YEAR,I INFORMED THEIR FRIEND BUT TOLD HIM I WILL GO EXTRA MILES TO SEE IF WAIVER COULD BE GRANTED AND THAT WAS NOT EASY TASK IT TAKES TIME,BUT FOR ALL THAT WHILE I WAS COMMUNICATING WITH THE SAID FRIEND. I WAS FINALLY TOLD WAIVER CAN NOT BE GRANTED ON SEPTEMBER 20TH. I INFORMED THE FRIEND AND MR AMANIAMPONG.   LASTLY,RESPONDING TO CHANGE OF TIME,IT WAS NOT A MAJOR CHANGE,INSTEAD OF THE SCHEDULED TIME 45 MINUTES AHEAD OF THE ORIGINAL,IN CASES LIKE THIS INFO MIGHT NOT BE PROMPTED.THIS WAS EVEN CORRECTED DAYS BEFORE SHE FLEW.

My customer in this case is [redacted] who called to make the ticket purchase for passenger [redacted] is a long time customer, even so, I went over the rules and regulations with him as with every customer at time of ticket purchase. He understands this. Proof or itinerary sent to [redacted] attached. Nothing was sent directly from Easy Way Travel to [redacted]. As per airline rules and regulations, a ticket can be reused within a year of purchase, (with imposed penalty fees), if cancelled before departure date. According to [redacted]”. This tells me she didn't understand the rules. There is no extension, there is only a reschedule within the 1 year time frame. The ticket was purchased on 04/**/2015 (See attached ticket order email). As such reschedule date for both departure and return should be before 04/**/2016. [redacted] reached out to me on 08/**/2016. This date is about 4 months past the date to last reuse the ticket. I wasn't aware of the ticket expiration date at that time and went ahead to submit a waiver in September for a possible reissue but was denied by British Airways based on the stated rule.   Joseph O[redacted], CEO Easy Way Travel Inc.
