Review: My company signed up with EasyWay when our POS company suggested we do so. In the beginning everything was fine. Soon after that we canceled with the POS company and never had a chance to use EasyWay. I called the number on my invoice receipts to cancel and spoke with a woman named [redacted]. She informed me that she would take care of the cancelation and have her co-worker, [redacted], call me within the week to confirm. I didn't hear anything so I called her again and she gave me the same story. Easyway proceeded to charge our EFT account for another month and that is when I reached out to the [redacted]. He let me know that Lia had been released from the position months before and he couldn't believe she was responding to calls. He was going to help me from there. He promised refunds for the months of charges and to cancel the service. He asked that I send the, now two, receipts to [redacted] and they would send me the cancelation form. I sent them and two days passed so I checked with [redacted] and no response. 5 days passed and I sent him another message, nothing. 7 days another message no response. Next message sent on May [redacted] when I received yet another invoice. Again on May [redacted] Finally on June [redacted] I asked about the refunds and he said his billing department did what they were supposed to do but he would check for me tomorrow. What do you know today I was invoiced again. This is just bad business. I understand that the [redacted] is busy but as an [redacted] myself, if I offer to solve a problem I follow through or at least hand it over to someone that I know will follow through if I cannot.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded for ALL charges from EasyWay and I want the service to be canceled immediately.
