I never received the boat and the Company does not respond to any emails, chats, or phone calls.Desired Settlement: I either want the bot or the money back. [redacted]

Review: I was required to sign a contract with this company. In this contract it states that I will be provided a tracking number as to track the progress of shipment. I have requested this from them with no response. I received an email to say the shipment has been delayed but I have emailed a couple of times since this email from them but I have not received a response. Any response would be appreciated.Desired Settlement: Refund as stated in our contract.

Review: [redacted]I wished to purchase a horse trailer on [redacted]. I contacted the party via e-mails. She said pmt would be through EasyYardSales.com. I immediately checked EasyYardSales.com on the BetterBusinessBureau (Revdex.com) and they had an A rating. I made the pmt. The horse trailer should have arrived today. I contacted the seller again and there was no response. I called EasyYardSales and was never connected to a customer service person. MAJOR CONCERN. I checked Revdex.com again and Revdex.com now gives EasyYardSales and F Rating....I then checked [redacted] again and my horse add is gone. I did a new search and AT THIS MOMENT there is another horse trailer for sale by these same SCAMMERS on [redacted] for $2709.00.....they also let a phone number of ####-###-####.. . which my daughter and I both called and got the same recording at the same moment in time.Desired Settlement: Please stop these guys from cheating anyone else on craigs list and hopefully obtain for me a refund of my $4,000.00 plus $40.00 wire transfer fee.

Review: Found a 16" enclosed trailer on craigslist. I contacted the seller and asked for more information. I was happy with the additional pictures and info they send and negotiated a final price of $3250 for the trailer. They wanted to use a third party payment management service called Easy Yard Sale, Inc. I did some research and at that time the company had many favorable reviews. I proceed to my bank and did a bank wire transfer of the funds. 4 Days after the funds clear the trailer was supposed to be delivered and never was. Started looking online and found the Revdex.com posting for this company, posted 1 day after I did the wire transfer. Once they had my money they would not respond to any of my attempts to contact them. The seller would not respond either. The seller's e-mail address was [redacted]. I contacted my bank as soon as I realized what had happened in hopes they would help me resolve this situation. 1.5 weeks pass and my bank calls to tell my they just tried to recall the wire transfer and it failed, so you probably won't ever see your money again. Why did my bank wait 1.5 weeks before trying to recall the wire transfer (very time sensitive) after they were notified I had been scammed on this transaction?Desired Settlement: I just want my money back. I thought that by doing this transaction through my bank I was protected much better than that of western union or moneygram. I wasn't, they just said sorry.

Review: This company EASY YARD SALE has proclaimed to sell a product of equipment from the seller listed off of [redacted] and ask the buyer to register on their website which is free of charge and upon registering you will recieve an email with the transaction ID # and then gives a description as to where to wire the funds. The funds are to be wired to an international account of their company with [redacted] bank in LONDON,UNITED KINGDOM and then when the funds were sent,they advise you to fax the confirmation that the funds were sent. An hour later, I recieved an email from the company stating the account with [redacted] bank has been closed and to get a stop payment and place funds into the new account at [redacted] in LONDON,UNITED KINGDOM. This was all done on 05/07/14, after conversating via live chat everyday they were telling me that they refunded me the funds back to no avail the funds were not placed back. [redacted] sent out an Administrative message to [redacted] bank to send money back. As of 05/13/14 [redacted] informed me that the funds were credited to the account of EASY YARD SALE at [redacted] bank and that the account was closed after recieving the funds. I have tried to speak with them via live chat again and when I responded telling them the account was credited to the account and they closed the account they QUICKLY GOT off live chat. they Have not responded since. The customer service number provided never answers and there is not a way to speak with anyone. There is nothing my bank can do to refund me back the funds because the account is closed. I have looked up all addresses listed that they have and on google map they all lead to a persons house, or just a road. This company's information that they have of themselves is very misleading and you can not find them anywhere.They are targeting people from various consignment websites such as [redacted] and [redacted]. They lead you to think that they are a secure sale transaction site but they really are not.The amount of money was wired was 4,045.00 US dollars.Desired Settlement: MY desired settlement is to recieve the funds of $4045.00 US dollars that were wired to them. I would like for them to be persucuted for fraud and that they remove their website and any consignment ads they have on [redacted] and [redacted] that are misleading people to hope of doom.

Review: I purchased an enclosed trailer from them for $3500.00. They have received payment. They have not delivered the unit. I have called, e-mailed, and tried to resolve this online and they quit accepting online chats from me.I believe this is a fradulant business scamming people out of their money.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or the trailer. I will accept either.

Review: I found a horse trailer on craigslist and contacted seller email ([redacted]) to confirm trailer price and to get pictures. Seller replied with pictures of trailer and that she had allowed easy yard sale company to pick up trailer and had notarized title for transfer once sold-it would be shipped to me. She replied that I needed to go through easy yard sale to pay for trailer. I looked at their website and searched for problems with the company but found nothing but good reviews so I went to the bank and wired the money to listed account. They then needed the receipt of the wire transfer faxed to [redacted] which I did and got an email from easy yard sale confirming receipt of transfer which was on Friday 5-9-14. Seller emailed me 5-10-14 and said it was a pleasure doing business and to keep her updated. The timeline for money to be received by bank was 48hrs which it has been 96 hours and my transaction page still says 'pending'. I have attempted to call all of the website listed numbers but it says an operator is not available; I have tried their live chat for the last 48 hours with no response as well as emailing them with no response. I also emailed seller but have received no response from them either. I understand I will likely never recoup the money but I'd like for this not happen to someone as naive as me again.Desired Settlement: Just want my money back

Review: Easy Yard Sale has not responded to inquiries about the delivery of the item we paid for. We had our bank wire funds to their bank on April 29, 2014. They sent confirmation that the funds were received, but they have not delivered our product. Delivery was scheduled for May 5th. We have tried to contact them via live chat, email, and phone numerous times with no success. We read a report posted today, May 13, 2014 by Revdex.com that Easy Yard Sale is a scam.Desired Settlement: We want our money transferred back into our account immediately. We have the information of the bank we wired the money to.

Researched and saw good reviews. Purchased a trailer, got all the paperwork, sent money to what looked like a legit site. After a delayed delivery, I was informed that my item was damaged and wouldn't be delivered. They told me they had started the refund process. It would take up to 84 hours. Well 36 has passed and nothing. Looks like I fell victim to this scam.

Review: Saw trailer advertised-contacted private owner ([redacted], [redacted]@gmail.com) by email on 28 April. He said his father had passed away and he was selling this trailer. Trailer had been picked up by Easy Yard Sale to be stored until sold and he had empowered Easy Yard Sale to take care of the sale. I was instructed to register with Easy Yard Sale, which I did and a Bill of Sale was emailed to me 1 May to be signed and returned by fax. Transaction was confirmed as started on 1 May. My wire payment of $4500.00 to a bank in the UK ([redacted]) was confirmed received 9 May and shipping was supposedly approved. And more info would be provided on 10 May. I could track the transaction on their site. I was emailed the trailer had left their custody on 12 May and would be delivered on 16 May. The truck driver was supposed to call me 24Hours in advance of delivery. I did not receive a call and after 2 emails the company was informed of a 48-72 hour delay in delivery due to a problem with delivery of 1 of 3 other vehicles on the truck. The truck driver was to call 6 hours in advance. I have not heard from anyone since then, unable to get a response by email & phone number? The phone number was operational however indicated there were no operators available to take the call, advised to leave a message however I was unable to do so. Since then the phone number has been cancelled 1-888-527-4752. Fax was 1-786-219-4041. I was supposed to have 7 days once the trailer was delivered to decide about the purchase and if accepted, then the seller would receive the money. The item was 2007 Dutchmen Model T@B teardrop Travel Trailer Invoice Number B1-0xxx-xx-xxxxDesired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my wire payment or alternatively delivery of the trailer. I would like this cited as a scam so others are not influenced to purchase through this company? I can send supporting documents of emails, bill of sale etc if this is required.

Review: I saw an enclosed trailer on [redacted], I emailed seller, was told that easyyardsale.com was handling the sale, due to the seller was leaving town, googled about if this company to see if this company was legit, everything said about it was good, went thru with the purchase, was asked to wire $3500, to a bank in United Kingdom, went thru with the transfer, was never able to contact after, never received the trailer and was taken for the amount stated above. Would not recommend this company to anyone ever.Desired Settlement: Would like a refund, don't think it will happen, but would like to give others a heads up.

Review: On may ninth I purchase a boat using easyyardsale to handle my transaction for the purchase.During that process I wired the money to barclay bank which was suppose to be located in the UK.The transaction was successful but the delivery wasnt.the boat was suppose to be delivered on may 16th but never arrived.While doing my research I discovered this whole ordeal was a scam! To all consumers this is a heads up from me and my experience.Do not partake in the easyyardsale web for any purchase of any sort!!!!!!And from my understanding they are under many more sites as well. Thanks a concerned consumer!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: Refund of 4200.00 which was spent for the boat. And also seek prosecution for whom ever behind this ordeal!!!!!!

Review: On April 21/2014, [redacted] and myself started the purchasing agreement for his fathers 2005 dodge ram pick up as advertised on [redacted] Barrie Ontario Ca.On 04/ 25/2014 I registered with Easy Yard Sale to complete the transaction.Bill of Sale received from them 04/26/2014 for (as arranged) $4700. CAD[redacted]-I faxed the signed bill of sale and wired the monies to an acct in London England. [redacted] Bank [redacted]Acct # [redacted]Email/Live chats with them confirming shipment and del. details. Then delay in delivery with notice May 12 that truck was damaged during delivery and refund to my acct would be in the next 84 hours.Following this: no responses to my emails/no further live chat pick up and not answering phone. Then the website was no longer accessible and emails failed to go through effective 05/23/14.Have sent emails to [redacted]-no response.Desired Settlement: I would like full refund of $4700. CAD the monies forwarded.OR the truck - as seen and agreed upon with [redacted] ORA Canadian truck of equal or greater value and mutually agreed upon, to delivered to my home immediately.

Review: easyyardsale.com is a scam. I purchased an RV through the site after finding the RV on [redacted] and once they got the money I got an email saying the RV had been in an Accident but my money would be refunded. I have no RV and no refund!Desired Settlement: No desired settlement. I just want the public to know.

Review: I have purchased a food trailer thru Easy Yard Sale. off a craigslist AD. I went to the site and registered, that really means you are buying the item. They then contacted me with all the detailes on payment ect. The site is very impressive so I had my bank wire the money to there account in the UK, they go into great detail on why I have to send it the the bank in another coubtry, to the account easy yard sail LTD account. They then had me fax a copy of the wire transfer from my bank to them, They e-mailed me back , they said they got the fax, they would they get back to me when it was in there account and give me shipping details. I never heard from them again, I finally got a person to answer the live chat that I have sat on for hours with out anyone getting on, then left a message each time for them to contact me. Nothing, The girl that I spoke with said oh this was updated Monday, Meaning a week ago Monday 5/5 I said it hasnt been updated on the site that I check everyday, she said it showed paid and that it would be delivered to my home on 5/8. I was very excited, to have it coming the next Day 5/8. She said keep my cell on me the driver would call me. It never happened. Its now 5/13, the sight will not pick up my calls, all the numbers are wrong and do not go thru.It was $4,000.00 dollars. I am sick. They also sent me a e-mail saying thank you for your purchase with drop sales depot, which I had never heard of, I googled them, you can not contact them either. Its a night mare. [redacted]Desired Settlement: The trailer if it excistes is my first choice or my $4,000.00 my money back.
